Great virtual banking
Great options to do banking and bill payments online while receiving your paycheck. There are things to improve such as establishing a beneficiary for savings account and being able to cash cheques electronically.
Must verify EVERYTIME since EQB buyout
If I use a biometric login, why must I be forced to also verify each and everytime? The T&C wording says that verification is occasional, but that's a lie. This only occurred once EQB bought PC Financial.

Account Verification
It is a little annoying to have to verify my account whenever I transfer money from my OFI for bill Payments. It’s been my account for years now verifying my text message is unnecessary when I use Face ID to open the account
Old card Number
It’s been weeks my old card Number is on my app on my phone and i have phoned números times and it’s not fixed yet. I can’t see my transactions on my new card! Very disappointing and aggravating
Very tiny print
If you have low vision, this app is very hard to see. It is in dark mode and though there is PLENTY of space for larger text, there is no way to make it larger. There are no accessibility features to increase font size either. Com on PC, you are teamed up with EQ bank - one of the most accessible apps for low vision! You can do better!
PC Financial
PC Financial is a very accommodating bank. In 3 years of banking with them I have not had a bad experience. But the number one amazing fact for me is NOT having to ever again pay that $17.95 dollar a month for BMO's unlimited transactions service fee plan. That is $210.00 a year for what PC Financial includes for no charge. It's hard to argue against that because that's only the biggining, there are virtually zero service charges with PC Financial while I was on the phone monthly with BMO fighting extra service charges not covered by my $17.95 plan, meanwhile my banking experience was the same if not better month to month.
Useless on an iPad
Text almost illegible it’s so small.
No Face ID log in option for iPhone
You should add an option to use Face ID to log into the app. I can use my iPhone’s password keeper to automatically fill the password but quicker if you have a built in Face ID option like some other cards have (Triangle Mastercard app for example)
Poor navigation
Tried to access my profile to update my account. Would not allow me to do so. Tried multiple times. App won’t allow me to save my info. Wanted me to delete all my trusted electronic devices instead.

Please fix it so that it works when looking at on an iPad in landscape view. Shouldn’t be too hard!

Great master card loving it
Terrible App
When I lost my card, I was unable to lock it with the app because I was within 21 days of a new card being issued. I also couldn’t see recent purchases to ascertain if someone was fraudulently using my card. Ridiculous.
A bit annoying…
A bit annoying that you cannot see more than one PC MasterCard at once in the app. I have my card, and am an additional cardholder attached to my wife’s PC MasterCard. But I can’t see (or interact with: for example, activate a new card) the card attached to my wife’s primary PC MasterCard. This gap seems eminently fixable.
Account sign in verification
Oh my god ! Stop with forcing me to verify my account when I sign in. So annoying. It indicates to me poor security if I’m forced to verify my account every second or third log in. Not “enhanced” security. This never used to happen. Only the last 6 months or so, repeatedly has to send me a text with a code to access my account. Often in the same day if I log in more than once.

Updated version
I’m unable to access my account because an updated version is available. A version 17 or newer phone is required to be able to update the app. I don’t have a version 17 or newer phone, and I have no intention of buying a new phone so I can access my account and pay bills. I get that updates are important for security, but where does that leave the rest of us? I’m now forced to try to navigate this, waiting forever on hold until I can speak to an actual person and not a bot and hope I don’t get disconnected. Once I’m in to the app, I’m out. Cancelling and transferring everything I can to another banking institution. If an actual human being reads this post, please provide me with the information for your accounts department. I bill out at $300/hr for my time and I need to know where to send my invoice for payment

Where is the pay now option?
Would be nice to be able to pay statements manually via app. I have autopay set up but would like to pay off early before due date.

This banking app is PERFECT! It’s easy to use, and the best part is that everyone has enough stress, etc, especially when it comes to the financial part of life! PC Financial eliminates any hassle. Thank goodness!
Missing balance per transaction
Every transaction doesnt shows how much money was left no way to add your expenses comparing to money balance.. Please indicate it or change it..
Makes everything difficult
I have been blocked from the app three times. I’ve had to call three times to get someone to fix the app. Every time I get blocked out, it tells me that my login credentials are incorrect despite the fact that it’s been the same login credential since I started using the app the third time I got blocked I have to change things every time. My facial recognition doesn’t work anymore. It is the most difficult app to be consistent and it is not consistent.

Horrible bank
I guess no fees means no access to funds and no warning about maintenance and no hope getting thru to them via phone. And not allowed to connect flinks or other 3rd party verifications for a loan application. Cant even use my card 80% of the time cuz the limits are ridiculously low and they don’t have any options to raise them. If you only let poor people use your bank just say it. But some of us can spend more than $250 on Apple Pay. Horrible bank. Any doubt? Check the Reddit. Switching to TD tomorrow.
