Not just another card
Great card, great rewards and an awesome easy to use app.
It’s not a reliable app
It’s not a reliable app. It gives you errors with almost everything you try to do, and you have to spend a long time talking to a support agent just to get things resolved, while similar apps work smoothly without all the hassle.

I really enjoy using KOHO i have never had a banking option where i got so many rewards that actually benefit me. I highly recommend this!
Used to be great
It was a great service a few years ago, but they keep stripping tiers of their perks and raising the price after taking perks away. They don’t add benefits to the base tiers anymore, only to the top tier. My experiences with customer service have not been great, their agents make you wait 20-45 minutes between messages to reply in the chat. It used to be great but now it’s just ok.

Scam - Will allow your money to be stolen and will never help.
If I could rate less than 1 I would. Credit building is a scam - it will never build your credit but they will charge you for it monthly. They do not have security. If your account is hacked, or money is taken from you, you will speak to AI for weeks. The only way to speak to a human is once you’ve decided to cancel KOHO.

trying to login and nothing on the pop up browser window. No way to pay bill on the desktop website

Log issues
Was trying to login when I got the two step verification and for some reason it had switched from my number to someone else’s in my family. I haven’t changed anything with the settings of my number I had also verified it. So now I have money on an account that I can’t access.
Virtual card missing after update
I'm an iPhone user, and after the latest app update, my virtual credit card has disappeared from the app. I've tried navigating through the app, but I can't find it anywhere. I also recently topped up the card, but that balance isn't showing either. Am I missing something, or has the location of the virtual card changed? Everything was working fine before the latest update, so I'm wondering if this is related to the new version. Thanks!

Not Helpful
If you ever have an unauthorized purchase dont even bother disputing the charge as Koho will not help you at all to have a resolution. Will immediately decline your dispute and then proceed to have 10 different "associates" respond with AI templates. Useless customer support

Don't use this platform I lost access to my account now they won't give me access back to my money as a full paying customer. Email sent.. Been waiting a week now for main bank account access. Still no luck.
