Extremely Disappointed With Shakepay
I recently opened a Shakepay account, and my first experience has been very disappointing. I tried to send less than $50 in Bitcoin to someone, but the transaction was flagged as a potential scam. I explained that the transfer was legitimate and that I knew exactly who I was sending it to, but it was still blocked. Even more frustrating, they disabled my ability to send Bitcoin from my account entirely, leaving me unable to complete any transfers. I understand the need for security measures, but this level of restriction after explaining the situation feels excessive. I also spent several hours trying to resolve the issue, with limited support available from customer service. Overall, the experience has been frustrating and time-consuming, especially for what should have been a simple transaction.

Whenever i open the app, im automatically directed to a tracking permissions request page. The problem is nothing I press on this screen works. Cant close the dialog, cant say no, cant even say yes. This happens everytime I open the app. Its been like this for weeks. The app is effectively useless to me, BUT it can still send me push marketing notifications. Deleting it off my phone.

Blocking Transactions.
Been using for 5 years + all of a sudden they started blocking accounts from moving any money at all. Even business partners that don’t correlate to my transactions. I assume they’re making massive interest off holding people’s money hostage. Complete 180 from what they use to be, I showed invoices to my manufacturers over seas and they still continue to block my account. Do not use this app unless you want them to lock your money up and hold it.

This app used to be awesome, shakestreaks actually meant something. It was great. Then a few month back they changed everything and there really is no benefit to having this app anymore. Maybe they’ll go back to their old ways and make it worth while again but unless that happens I definitely do not recommend it
