It won’t let me complete my verification. I click on the big arrow to complete my verification but just sends me back to home page and repeat……. Etc, etc, etc
Can’t complete questionnaire in app
The app asks for a mandatory questionnaire but it can’t be completed as there is no next button or confirmation button to take you to the next screen.

No your keys, not your crypto
The amount of hoops they make you jump through to move your crypto to your wallet is beyond ridiculous. Absolutely none are needed to send them funds though. On top of the app being incapable of doing real time trading and is full of bugs. And let’s not get started on the ridiculously high fees they charge for trading anything. After 5 years, they treat me like garbage through customer service and refuse to answer my mail. I am on several exchanges and I’ve never been treated with such piss poor customer service or smartphone app. So much for using Canadian companies. Never again.

update cannot be postponed so in case you have urgent transactions, you can’t make them until you update.

Expensive
Outrageous spreads hide the fact they are one of the most expensive exchanges in Canada. No fees, yeah right. There are plenty of cheaper options.
Apple Design Language Support?
Big fan, but would be nice if the widgets were updated to work with Apples new design language. Having the widget only visible in light mode and light mode only isn’t ideal.

Super pro
I just left another Canadian exchange and moved over to NDAX. It was seamless and the trading and spreads are the best. No issues recommending to new to crypto users or seasoned traders alike.

Be aware
No one answered my calls, and even my emails stopped getting replies after I sent the money. There has been no proper support, and everything is recorded. I have been trying to resolve this issue for days, but no one can give me a clear answer.
Early start
I started with NDAX.io when it first began. I remember being able to call in and talk to someone personally. It was great & the staff were so helpful. Now it’s even better. When I began, there were only 7 coins available. Now there are so many more. I like everything about the platform. Very user friendly & secure. Highly recommend !

Worst customer service ever
I have been trying to log in to my account from 2 months. I have never setup 2 factor authentication and it doesn’t allow me to reset it. Multiple emails and calls to support and no one ever got back to me. Worst customer support I have ever seen. Please do not waste your time downloading and dealing with them.

Ndax is a good app for trading crypto. Download it. Or don’t. I don’t care.
WARNING: NO RECOVERY OF LOST FUNDS
The exchange failed to credit a deposit. The phone support number auto-hangs-up on deposit queries. The support emails take a week to even respond. If NDAX loses you funds, you pay the price. Don’t expect any form of support or assistance.
