Waiting period
When I got this card, I was told that I can’t transfer funds instantly, did my first transfer of $50, everything was fine, went to transfer $200 and now they are holding my money for a week and totally screwed me over for school shopping.

App glitch
App keeps requesting me to login every time I sign out even though I have set up the Face ID severally This started about 2 months ago
Used to be good.
When I first joined Neo. The card and company were good. Lots of rewards for shopping and using the card. Now barely earn anything and seems like the company is just nickeling and diming customers with every change. Do not recommend this card. Also so many fake reviews.

Have to pay monthly to take my money. They always lower your savings from 4% to 2.75% to 2%. Now you pay them
Why?
My question are: 1. why the drop in savings interest rate? Knowing fully well it’s one thing that keeps most of us with Neo 2. Do you trust yourself so much that you believe most of us will be so pleased not no start exploring other options with juicy offers both outside savings interest?

Your credit sucks and you need help building it. Is this the best option for you also being able to pay on your credit card and the money being accessible right away is great.
Extremely disappointed
They cap you at 50 e transfers a month . They cap your withdrawals at 3,000 a month. If you enjoy on line casino they don’t allow that either . Extremely frustrated and disappointed with their service .
Payment option was changed
After the last update, the normal route to add money has moved to payment, then the original one becomes the link for autodeposit.
Rewards not returned
Rewards are not returned as promised. I had a promotional code of 10% cash back, and the app itself writes 10% rewards, but the math is wrong on a few purchases. Instead I got about 2% back when right next to it it says 10%. To make matters worse, rewards just randomly disappear and go (so 0% reward). Even though I technically saved a small percentage overall, they are entirely unreliable and opaque. I now understand why they are ranked F on the Better Business Bureau.
Need to make it easier for seniors!!
All i want to pay my bills and the Updating apps keep popping not happy kindly send my credit for last month in my email so i can pay it in my bank.Thank you.

I could make a full on book about how great it is to bank with Neo, but honestly, the best way to understand how great it is, is to experience is. Don’t let the bad reviews scare you, yes take precautions but know that there’s always people to help you via chat, and if that doesn’t work for you for whichever reason, reach their discourse, lots of really insightful information there :)
it won't let me open a Neo chequing account
it won't let me open a new chequing account using the app every time I open it it just blocks screen and loading and that's it
Amazing customer service
The customer service is 10/10 they respond really really fast and managed to help me every time I had a problem I was charged wrongfully and they sent back the money in 10 minutes one of the best apps I have ever used cannot live without I use this for every time I shop online as I get some cash back as well
Service client déplorable
L'agent sur le chat me raconte que mon « compte est fermé » alors qu'il s'agit juste d'un abonnement, s'emmêle complètement les pinceaux, puis me promet un remboursement que je n'attends toujours pas. Bilan : je passe 1h sur le chat et plus de 25 minutes au téléphone, bloqué en attente pendant qu'ils essaient de réparer leurs propres erreurs. Sans compter les remises en argent (cashback) totalement imprévisibles et souvent absentes selon les magasins. Une application financière censée simplifier la vie, mais qui ne fait que faire perdre du temps et de l'argent. Très déçu.

This bank has froze my account for no reason what so ever, I’ve bin stuck in another province on a trip, I called and they didn’t do a thing. But send me to different lines. AWFUL BANK!!! I’m still stuck out on my trip!!! They still won’t give me MY money
