App
App terrible, I used card to pay my rogers bill less than 30 days but I can redeem anything beyond a week. Text is falling off the screen switching font and rotating screen doesn’t help
Still very buggy
After numerous complaints about how the app doesn’t work eg FaceID the app still doesn’t function well. I was hoping that the latest release would have address the long outstanding issues but nope. I can’t even log in now because it’s wanting to send me a verification code to one of my listed contact numbers. Only it doesn’t show me the list!
Expense tracker please
Could the app add expense tracking? I’m considering going back to my other card just because it’ll do it.
Face ID
I am not able to enable Face ID thru the app, it’s disabled. I tried to remove app and re install, offload the app, nothing working . I don’t know how to enable the Face ID on this app. Need some help

Cannot connect to server
Love the card BUT the app kept on crashing and cannot connect at all. How am I supposed to see my transactions and redeem my cash back if it doesn’t work. Have never seen an app so bad like this one, please fix it!!
What happened to Face ID?
It disappeared with the last update. Please bring it back!

Terrible customer service
Useless app- they don’t even let you dispute transactions through the app. Any questions or disputes re any transactions requires you to call and stay on hold for 30 minutes minimum
Statements Failing
Pretty simple, easy-to-use app but account statements haven’t been available for weeks. Need this fixed!
Outdated App
Please add push notifications and immediate reports to the Apple Wallet.
Decreased rate from 3% to 2%
Decreased the effective cashback rate from 3% to 2% by taking away the 1.5x redemption bonus. Time to say goodbye to this card.
FaceID broken for months
Please fix FaceID. It’s been months now and it is still not working.

It keeps on bugging me to switch to digital statements on app lunch, event though I dismiss the notification. It would be greatly help to change this. Will change to 5 stars when this is fixed.
Lousy connectivity(still…)
Rogers Bank is unique in its ability to block connectivity to your favorite money management app (YNAB and others). In July 2026 they have been claiming for more than 4 weeks « Maintenance in progress… The institution is temporarily unavailable…» It’s not a security feature it’s just bad service.

App doesn't work properly some features are not working like the send and view messages
I tried on the app and tried on the laptop. On the app, i could event select the category, the reason. On the laptop u could fill up category and reason but when you click on send, an error message appears: something went wrong, please try again later.
Unusable
App won't recognize saved username/password. Reset, still doesn't work.
