Payment deduct but Flight booking/confirmation not recieved
I am writing to request an immediate refund for my flight booking. I paid for the flight yesterday using my card, and the full amount has already been deducted from my account. However, I have not received any flight confirmation or booking details. Please investigate this matter urgently and confirm when the refund will be processed. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly, as I should not be charged for a booking that I cannot access or confirm. I look forward to your immediate response and confirmation of the refund.

Terrible app. Extremely slow and I can’t even log in. The OTP was entered correctly, but it kept saying it didn’t match. I waited, requested a new OTP, entered the new code, and got the exact same error again. Very frustrating and a complete waste of time. Please fix your login system.

Why we have to go thru the human way.. and to find that the app takes 2-3 days to update the system. Isn’t that a waste of time.
App flawed. Doesn’t award flown sectors to advance tier
Enjoyed every aspect of my AirAsia experience, on the ground and in the air. That said, I never get credited with sectors flown per booking. Points are awarded but the sectors to advance to Gold Tier always stays at zero. Currently states I have taken 0/14 flights to reach gold, yet I have flown a bunch of flights already. App is flawed and customer service have no idea, they just close cases I’ve opened as completed. It appears that flying frequently with AirAsia that loyalty is not rewarded.

Unstable App, Lack of support
I’m unable to complete my booking payment due to a recurring error. The bigger issue is there’s no real support. I tried the bot and raised a case, but I only got a generic reply with steps I’d already tried, and the case was closed.

I downloaded it for the ticket, but I can't enter the country to select. Please improve
Non stop notifications
Once installed the app continually bombards you with notifications even if you don’t have flight’s planned
Bugs
Please fix the bugs of the app. First, during login, you keep going back to the login request even when your done with this. You need to do this numerous times before you see your user name and credential. 2nd, the defauly currency keeps on going back to MYR even when you already changed it to PHP.

I don’t understand why App rating 4.4 where most of the reviews are bad and only rated 1 star??? Terrible App, useless and Hang all the time. Decided to login and give it another chance as tried check-in online but same issues eg. No Connection and Page Not Even Loading

Tried to book tickets on the app and it gave a list of months to pick to book but would not open the page Useless

The app is ok but I hate that it forced the update before I could see an itinerary. What if I was trying to board? Needs an option to delay updates to when I pick and choose

Didn't fully refund my payment after cancel my flight
It's stated that will fully refund after cancelling my flight but end up only receiving half payment. When I went to Air Asia counter, they ask me to email air asia to complain this case but I couldn't find any air asia email address, it's just only allow to "chat with bo"

AirAsia MOVE is really helpful and easy to use while preparing your travel plan. So called “LowCost” airlines will be your quick entry point, however you should watch your each step and clicks to comprehend before finalising the trip. Customer support especially in India is non compassionate and non reasonable, can’t blame staff as employees behaviour is directly proportional to organisational culture (not the looks). For technical glitch, there is no direct redressal mechanism or call centre for support unless blessed by Bo (Oh Ho their chat bot) or if you are lucky enough to convince the ground staff to get their manager, in turn will raise a case on behalf of you (will see how many more days until refund gets credited). Even though had various experiences with airlines so far, AirAsia you deserve special credit to trigger such a “LowExpectation” customer to give a feedback of this kind. Overall for the general readers of this feedback if any one may be, be REALLY cautious while using AirAsia MOVE and expect low from this low cost airline in terms of support. Rest assured that you will be MOVED, thanks to AirAsia for that kindness, however you are blessed if smart enough to be SAVED from their “LowCost” exit gate. Thanks to AirAsia for this amazing life lesson. Kudos!

Unable to Login After Latest Update
The latest update from May 2025 causes the app to crash every time one launches the app. You can’t get past the login page because the keyboard just freezes after typing one letter. This keyboard jam is not happening on other tools and apps so it is most likely something coding in the AirAsia app that is causing the error. Please fix this soon!
