It took me a whole 2 minutes for the app to open into dashboard, another 1 minutes to login, 1 minute to process OTP. Only for me to be unable to receive response when pressing Trips/Check-in/Profile tabs.

Payment function on app doesn’t work
This is so irritating. There is no “Add Payment” anymore. My bookings are now reserved and I have to call to enquire about ways to make payment. What kind of an app is this. And I tried 3x and the price keeps increasing. Is this a scam of some sort? Ridiculous.

First time fly with Firefly Airlines
This is my first time using firefly coz it shown more cheap than others airlines. I travel with infant so that cannot check in online, in this case we came early to the airport for check in, staff in Klia1 is kind and helpful but what i did not expect is, while boarding u need to use a bus as transit to go to the plane, no priority for baby space and my baby is cry all the time since need to wait to long for boarding and that bus is full & crowd. Other things that make me frust is when arrived at tawau airport, i need to find my stroller, since staff whom handle the stroller does not help us. He just said no more stroller maybe someone take it??? He just said that and ask us to check at baggage claim? So personally i hope they will improve their service and be polite not to ignore and make a lazy face on customer. Alhamdulillah i found my stroller coz other staff help us. Thanks for whom do the job very well & i hope firefly take action for those staff not perform their job.

When go to select payment mode. There is no back button to reselect when enter payment mode.

Open the app, it said please update. When you click update, it goes to the App Store to exactly the same app. It’s just go on in cycle. Hopeless app.

There are bugs with the app. I was unable to check in using app but managed to do so using web check in. There was an error saying that passenger name is not found. The booking was made through Malaysia Airlines. Please check. TQ

Errors when keying in phone numbers
Forced to key in mobile no, It duly brings up the iPhone number pad but doesn’t accept the country code and phone number number without a space in between. Where is the space on the iPhone number pad?!?!?!? Doesn’t exist! No QC on the app!

The credit card no is not saved properly. When I make a new booking it says “credit card no invalid”.... so I have to delete and re-enter the info

Passenger details should also be included in the payment screen, to enable the passenger to double check the spelling of names and other details.

How did this app passed through quality test i don't know ? What the development team smoke, i don't know either ! All i know is that a single fresh graduate could do better than this absolute junk of app!

Improvement needed.
It is not user-friendly. I can only check-in using the app IF I had bought the ticket using the App. But, there are many times I buy my tickets online using my desktop which means I cannot check in using the App. MAB allows for App check in even if the ticket was booked elsewhere. Take a look at the dialogue box when one tries to check in online: "You have no flight record. Please BOOKING your flight to proceed".
