A great update on the app. Better layout and visuals. Love the live tracker (have yet to see how accurate). Probably need a better route suggestions that shows location rather than stations. And integrate the KL GO bus routes as well
Train arrival time does not match station display
The train arrival time shown in the MyRapid PULSE app is inaccurate and does not match the information displayed at the train station. For example, the station display shows that the train will arrive in 3 minutes, but the app shows 8 minutes for the same train. There is a significant difference between the two timings, which makes it difficult to rely on the app for real-time train information. Please improve the synchronization and accuracy of the train arrival times.

Bus tracker GPS not functioning
The gps for my current location in bus tracker is not accurate. When I move, the pointer remain and does not follow my current movement. Please fix it. Thank you.
About update
In the latest update, the app no longer shows the speed at which the bus is travelling at, so it is difficult to tell whether the bus is actually on its way (moving) or if the bus is currently stopping at a traffic light. Secondly, when I click on a specific bus stop, it doesn't show the departure times any more,

The latest update, ver. 1.0.49, addressed many concerns, especially RapidKL bus schedules ☺️ We can now check the bus line and see the scheduled departure time on the top. Thank you!
Currently unreliable.
You should have a “report” button so your staff/driver can take accountability when they skip works or fail to do their duty. Your Rapid WhatsApp staff also tend to ignore your user when they contacted you there especially after 7 pm. Take responsibility over your failure
Bus wait time
I love when an app tells me my bus will be here in 15 minutes only to see it has already passed my stop and that I have to wait another 20+ minutes for the next one. The inaccuracy of waiting time is very bad.

I’m not sure if it is the bus, or the tracker is not made good enough. Buses never came when the app says it should, and tracker of the bus always not available.
Bad very bad
Rubbish as hell, i always reach on time but somehow the bus doesn’t follow the schedule at all sometimes only on time, I take 400/kj03 everytime but very disappointing service! I somehow got raise my hand to let the drivers know i needed a ride, some of them just look at me like an idiot and passby me😅 like hello why don’t you guys stop?!

Why this bus suka sangat tak ikut jadual, suka sangat datang sekaligus 2-3 bus!! Memang driver bus ni smua mental ke?? Tak kira laa peak hour anot, yg dtg byk2 tu smpai bus tu kosong bukan dia nk tggu org, mental laa korg ni tak dpt gaji ke?? Berjuta2 government subsidi kot tak paham apa masalah ko!!
The app’s timetable is not followed and the tracking is terrible
The bus live tracking is terrible. I am on the bus route 200 and 202 and the app cant tell me the live location of the bus. Even the live map is useless no bus icons around at all. I wish that this will improve buts its been a whole year and none has been seen at all

sheltered bus stop signboard, App real time update and Bus are not aligned most of the time.
Taking route 250 between HKL to Setapak, no matter how I adjust the time to meet the bus timetable, I still fail to get on the bus on the same time everyday; sometimes waited for 30 minutes, sometimes 15 minutes and sometimes even 40-45 minutes for a bus. Having an app without a consistent bus schedule update, it makes panic no difference. Sometimes even the app and bus stop signboard not shows the arrival of 250, but the 250 suddenly appears in sight.

Please bring back the older version of fix bus timetable and not relying only to the live bus tracker

Problems
This app has a lots of problems, but the most crucial part is the bus schedule being not accurate and currently your app is very weird, it doesn’t even shows the bus tracker anymore. Next, keep on showing Im disconnected while on wifi and my mobile data service.
Terrible and useless
The app is useless. It’s clunky and doesn’t provide correct information. It’s difficult to plan a route and the results come back incorrect.
The updated app is less effective than its former version
In the latest update, the app no longer shows the speed at which the bus is travelling at, so it is difficult to tell whether the bus is actually on its way (moving) or if the bus is currently stopping at a traffic light. Secondly, when I click on a specific bus stop, it doesn’t show the departure times any more, so we can no longer tell when a specific bus (for instance CT13 or CT14) is departing. The website mentions “peak hours during day and evening”, but does not specify the precise times. Overall, I would still prefer the version before it was updated.
Awful
Old app is better. Bus trackings are inaccurate, after I search station or location nothing happens. Google maps is better.
Very bad than last app
Like there is no schedule shown and sometime bus appear sometime not appear on the app but there is bus operating, like no point of making new app
