Cant even make simple payment. Tried to make payment and the app keep crashing and say payment fail. LOL

Very convenient to use and show all available buses and seats. Con : The app do not save my credit card details, had been manually entering card details for all my previous booking

Do Not Book From BusOnlineTicket!!!
I booked tickets from Genting Highlands to Singapore with BusOnlineTicket, carefully selecting seats in the middle of the bus so my elderly mother (who suffers from car sickness) could travel comfortably. Imagine my surprise when, without any notice, our seats were “magically rearranged” to the very back of the bus. Unsurprisingly, this made her journey far more uncomfortable than it needed to be. When I questioned it, the explanation was that another customer had “reserved” my seats first, so the system automatically bumped us elsewhere. Later, when that booking wasn’t completed, the seats became available again — though of course, we weren’t moved back. The response I received was that their Terms & Conditions allow them to reshuffle seats without telling customers. How reassuring. To make matters worse, the bus was completely full, so even if we wanted to switch with someone else, it simply wasn’t possible. We were stuck at the very back for the entire long ride. So here’s the reality: when you book with BusOnlineTicket, your chosen seats are more of a suggestion than a guarantee. You may end up wherever the system decides to dump you, and if that causes inconvenience or discomfort — well, too bad. This was my first booking with BusOnlineTicket, and it will also be my last. If you value transparency, reliability, and basic consideration for customers, I strongly recommend booking elsewhere. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
Need improvement
App has become so buggy. It used to be seamless. Now it hungs while browsing & had to hard close the app & reopen to list the bus.
Read carefully
Some tickets that are available with this service are not refundable. You might not know that. Read the list of companies that allow return/reschedule, cause you can lose your money.

Was using this app all these while until recently … kept receiving prompt that the bus is full whenever I tried to get a ticket for a specific date. But when I approached the bus company directly, I was told that there’s still plenty available seats!!! Such inconsistency … and the botmiles is just as useless. Price ended up higher when I tried to redeem the miles as there is extra charge for admin fee! So ridiculous… might as well just get the ticket directly from the bus company 😏🙄

worst experience booking my ticket with the app.
i booked a ticket from kl - sg , booking said confirmed and the bus didnt even show up. what nonsense is this?? i triple checked the dates and timings. i went to the website to check for my booking and it said that they didnt have a booking for this number nor email. waited for 45 minutes before i had to buy another bus ticket back to sg .. i contacted the emergency contacts and to end up they told me that the bus trip was cancelled online , when i checked it didnt even say anything??? nonsense app. fix it

网站可以买票，手机版买不了，手机只可以查询车次。网站订的票，在手机app里输入邮箱密码也找不到，挺奇怪，用的苹果x的手机可能不支持吧。就这家公司网站来说买票非常方便，国内就可以买马来的火车大巴船票，支付宝付款，邮件几秒就发来了。很方便。回头看更新后手机是否能正常使用。

Useless refund system
I paid extra for their refund system and got rejected because my explanation is that I booked the wrong timing. They say its my fault for booking the wrong timing. So ridiculous.
The train origin/ destination not show up
Does not show the train on origin and destination areas alike the bus it make a Difficult to book trains
