Bus technical problems
Due to I everyday aboard J31, I felt like J31 buses are always have problems. In the lugo, it have terrible technical issues such as the bus icon didn’t show up on map, arriving time on apps and physical does not accurate even though it an approximate time but it 10minutes above is too much seems to be an error. Besides these problems may have delayed to fix on working days
Performance and suggestions
The apps is working fine so far. The features it offers is also pretty good compared to others. Still there is issues/bug. 1. Why the apps always refresh itself whenever I go to home page? when it fails to refresh, sometimes I need to register my pas transit again? Cant the apps saves the data without refreshing itself every single time? 2. Sometimes there is issue where the home page is not loaded successfully. I cannot see the nearby stop, etc. There is also time when I plan my route, there is no “more departures” button and this is pretty hard for me as I cant check the bus timing unless I go back to the home page, refresh, and browse to the nearby stop, only if the home page loaded successfully. 3. Do I need to turn on my Bluetooth every time I want to scan the bus QR for check in? Please fix these issues. I suggest the apps to save some routes permanently so I don’t have to plan the route every time. This is an honest review, I am not spreading hate, I just wants a better performance apps.

pas transit and others cannot use
Unstable Pas Transit Function in LUGO
Pas Transit function unable to use around 7PM, 5 March 2026. LUGO was break down at the moment. This force me to use Manja Link Card to pay bus fare, instead of using Pas Transit. Manjalink customer service agent reply this issue via email, stated that “As the fare was successfully deducted and the trip was completed using the ManjaLink card, the transaction is considered valid in our system.” “We regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed with a refund for the transaction mentioned.” Even though, I already paid for this Pas Transit RM30/30 days. Useless application, no Plan B for Pas Transit user. That’s why 1 star for this Application. Re: Developer respond LUGO support received my email and reply an email on 10:15, 6 March 2026, stated that “We have submitted a ticket on your behalf to Causeway Link for them to look into this issue that you have reported, and they will get back to you at their soonest.” The Manjalink customer service reply the statement above. That is the result of this case. No solution for this situation.
