Stupid app, cannot use the promo code for first user, only want to trick people. Ive been switched app to website also cant use the code. On app the problem is captcha kept saying invalid code whereas on website when i want to req otp, it said error system. Better update ur app and system before u encourage us to use the promo code

⚠️ My experience with Easybook — please think twice before booking I recently booked a bus ticket through Easybook and honestly had a very frustrating experience from the booking/refund process until the actual bus journey. First, I accidentally made a double booking for the same route, same area and same timing. Easybook already confirmed that the duplicate booking was eligible for a refund. However, I had to keep checking my email for updates and repeatedly explain the same situation. I had already logged into my account, but my first booking was still not showing in my account. I was told that I needed to use a desktop to cancel it, so I tried. But the mobile app has Apple login while the desktop website doesn’t provide the same login option. I was then told to try logging in with my email, but the first booking was still nowhere to be found. I was literally already preparing to board the bus and even asked my brother at home to log in and check the account for me. Still, there was no booking. So my question is: why keep asking customers to log in and check again when the booking isn’t even appearing in the account? Then the actual bus journey made the experience even worse. When we reached the KL stop, other passengers boarded the bus. One passenger came to us saying that our seats were their seats. My partner politely went to ask the driver about the situation. Instead of properly checking with the other passenger and resolving the seating issue, the driver spoke to us rudely and basically told us to change seats because there were no more seats upstairs. If there was a seat allocation problem, the driver should have communicated with the other passenger and properly resolved it, instead of making us move and speaking to us in such a rude manner. We were paying customers. We did not cause the seating problem, so why should we be treated like it was our fault? Overall, the customer service/refund process was already frustrating, and the driver’s attitude made the actual journey even worse. I’m sharing this publicly because I think other passengers should know about my experience before deciding whether to book through Easybook. Easybook needs to seriously improve its booking/refund system, customer support and communication with its bus operators.

Everything works fine, but payment is extremely problematic, I’ve spend 2 days many times trying in order to go thru payment. Good thing is system allows to save passengers & I don’t need to keep keying in each time prompted failed to go thru payment.

Hopeless app
Claims there are discounts and promo code but when it comes to payment and when you enter the promo code , some captcha comes out with OTP and it there will always be an error . Promo code cant be applied at all . Only can book without discount . No response from bus operators too

Scam going on in name of Cityline
We booked with Easybook and chose Cityline as bus operator. But when we arrived at pickup point we were picked up by some random bus and then transferred again to another bus which was also some random operator with no seats assignment. Paid high cost for low cost service

Worst platform to book : Easybook
Never book using Easybook. Customer service responds after 2hrs when a bus never show up. I booked Star Mars bus ticket from Malacca to SG on June 1 2:15pm. Bus didn’t come, Easybook notified at 2:45pm. Bus came at 5pm with fully loaded & no seats for us. Easybook never take the responsibility. Never bothered to compensate anything to the user for the additional cost or lapsed time. Don’t use this platform to book.
Have a problem
1. I want to change payment method by back to before page and then it's back to main menu and i can't use my discount (new user)again. i can't find the last booking or booking the same seat 2.my friend can't find your otp messages 3. Change information for the first time. App notice that you change too many time. Why???🫠

No PayPal option in the application (but in the web they have it), the result is that they charge (additional to other charges) additional 4 percent for using visa or MasterCard. Even if I booked the seat number 4 )a good seat) in this application, in the bus station they told that it’s taken and they can give only another seat, what is the sense to book?

Heartless refund policy
Bought 100% refund insurance in case of cancellation. Turns out the claim policy allows very limited cases for refund. A big letdown. Do not even think of buying the insurance as they would hardly be sympathizing with your difficulty. Had to cancel the bus trip to Genting at least 6 days prior to the departure due to a sudden work commitment. No refund given after more than 3 weeks wait.

Awful App
Despite having 3 valid tickets bought from 12go for a bus from Penang to Cameron highlands I was asked to download this app, pay addition money to check in. What made it even worse is each passenger had to be checked in separately - this meant putting my card details in the app 3 times taking 15 minutes and almost missing the bus. Absolute disgrace of Penang bus station to use this system.
