Quick and Easy
Fast refuel. No lagging in the system
When scanning for payment , hard to detect qr codeapp cand I have to use TouchnGo
code scanning issue.Bad update. Please fix
Good product
Feedback for the product team: Whilst I like the app very much, there are what I think can be improved. 1. Able to switch to dark mode 2. Able to sort or filter the contactless/automated parking venue by state and city 3. Able to adjust font size 4. More permanent incentives like cashback or discount to use the app for bill payment and scan QR payments.
Not available countrywide
This app is not really MY’s first petrol e-payment system as the app is only available for use in certain stations in KL and its vicinity. Would have given it a 5 star rating for convenience and ease of use if it is available in more stations countrywide.
Nice app but useless notifications
The app is nice & simple to use but I don’t like to get other notifications that are not about my purchase, so I’ve disabled the notification for promotions and it still show up alongside my purchase. Please sort it out. If I want to look for promo or stuff, I’ll check it inside the app instead.
Absolutely covenient, love Setel App!
I’m so happy with the Setel app! It makes everything convenient for me. No more queueing and no more walking far just to make payment. Highly recommended!!
STOP THE SPAM NOTIFICATIONS
The push notifications have been turned off, yet I still get this. How desperate are you guys to get this notification onto the users phone. Feeling lucky this week? Click here to find out if you're one of the chosen users for 'Full Thank From Us'! More info

Super app
Easy to use app that comes with lots of benefits 👍🏻
Stupid app
By setel
Can’t use my Singapore credit card with this app
No problem using Singapore credit card on Shell and Caltex app. Don’t know why Petronas Setel app cannot.
Positive user
Need “purchase petrol” instead of “go to pump station” alone. It takes time for me to wait for pump activation
The most convenient!
Love this app so much as i can easily purchase fuel in a short time possible with no hassle! Good job Setel!
crashes now
The app keeps crashing now everytime im opening it
Can we use Credit/Debit Card Payment
Instead of topping up eWallet, can this be enable? I dont want to waste more money elsewhere in many different apps.
Convenient
I’m using everytime now whenever I’m purchasing fuel.
Why the “Pay” cannot press!!!
Lousy and not sustainable app performance. Cause queues at the station !!!!!
Great app
It’s really convenient use across all Petronas station and link mesra card! Love it
Requires local mobile phone number
Does not work for visitors unless you have a local phone mobile number
Absolutely love this app
Very good apps! Proud to be Malaysian
Terrible client service, duplicated my transaction
Please avoid. They duplicated my transaction and terribly bad in handling client query.
Love the way of paying!
Certainly the first of it’s kind where u pay while u park near a petrol pump. No more gedek ur credit card n jolok n take out n jolok ur mesra card or go inside pay at counter or even pay at the pump attendant. If got someone help to clean the windscreens, fanning n provide cold beverage, i sure give 10 stars one.
Hopeless
Cannot pay with it. Spent 15 minutes or so trying to pay with app. Keeps kicking me out at various stages.
Good
Good service and very friendly
Use of App
Downloaded but unfortunately can only registered with a Malaysia mobile number.
Good
Very good
Please don’t stop the music
App is kinda okay, but I am very unhappy when Setel stops my music, have some bot speaking to me, and never turn my music back on. You crossed the line!
