Paking
Very convenient
Frustrating signup process β OTP is immediately invalid
Iβm trying to create an account to pay for street parking, but the registration process is completely broken. I receive the SMS verification code, but entering it immediately results in an "invalid OTP" error. Requesting a new code just repeats the same issue.
Advanced Parking Pay Fixed
Thank you for fixing some of the most important features.
Apps loading
Ape yg bangang sangat dripada td loading, menyusahkan org.
Less Payment option
Less payment option for monthly pass fee, only can use online payment, cannot use apps balance credit.
Excellent Apps
Friendly user and convenience.
Keeps saying app outdated
It keeps telling me a newer version 3.6.3 is available for update. I'm using 3.6.4 π€¦π»ββοΈ
Good option other than TNG
I hope it will be keeping update with others state that using parking apps
Was ok but now????
Already one month cannot pay for parking? So slow to resolve the issue? Gila
Digital Parking
Terima kasih.
Inability to be used in KL
Supposedly resolved but too little late.
Never received code to verify account
Why bother if you couldn't send the code for account verification?
Simple but effective
It's great and one can extend the time limit by just paying online without having to rush to the car physically with a clock timer, too. I do wish it extends to other cities besides Kuala Lumpur!
Allow location
Apps should able to locate location of vehicle.
line slow

Very convenient way to park! Recommend to anyone!
Very convenient way to park!
Complected
Username and email very complicated
Payment in advance doesnβt work
When parking overnight and expected to sleep late, Pay Advance Parking doesnβt work. Please fix this as I do not want to wake up at 8am after driving the whole night just to pay for parking.
Slow
Need to be faster during payment
JomParking
The easiest way to pay parking and you donβt get fined ! Everyone should have it
Too complicated!
One country with too many states, further division into different districts. Users had to place non refundable deposits at all applicable states/districts! Too much uncertainty if any management went into financial problems and deposits gone!
Money grabbing
Was a great app until this update... now min topup is RM10, which is incovenient for infrequent users. Used to be flexible, like the parking meters, pay as required. Now weβre moving back to ticket booklets, you have to buy a whole lot of parking credits whether you use them or not. Greedy.
Slow respon
Reload token but still loading.
Really great app
Ease of use of this is great. No more having to keep coins in the car or brace the heat/rain. Two suggestions for further improvements : - accepting Amex - ability to save credit card for future payments (current there is a tick box for it but has never worked) - scheduling parking (this is really important). Some of us work where public parking is only available. so every day we wonβt have to manually pay and it can be an automatic thing (scheduling the hour, duration and days)
Very poor UI/UX
Very hard to navigate and quite inaccurate, for example parked at Desa Sri Hartamas, selected Hartamas option but the app said itβs 390m away from my location which doesnβt make sense, because probably they are measuring distance from a GPS pin coordinate. The design and logic of the software is really wonky sadly
Endless error messages
The app kept popping out error message. Took me 30 mins to register, top up, add number plate, select location and finally pay my parking. Please work on this app more.
Good app
Very convenient, time saving, hopefully in the future more city hall parking will be added
Bad Payment System
This system doesnβt connect with Debit/Credit card directly. We have to buy tokens in order to purchase parking tickets. Old system. Like going to Fun Fair. Buy tokens than take the roller coaster.

Excellent and easy to use
Canβt even open the app
No matter how many times I try. Is still canβt open. Fix it!!!!!
JomParking
The Must Have Apps for Parking in KL!
Doesnβt open at all after update
Please fix it. Frustrating for those who still have credits. Refund?
Much Needed
Super convenient to have this!
Pay more for GST!
Try to do the math & found out there's no cost saving. Instead, extra charge to pay for GST!!
