Unable to relogin
I have been trying to relogin the app for many months but it is always reloading, when I click forget password and they send me an email, when use the temporary password, still the same. I feel the app gets useless due to this. Please improve and update your app.
Unable to create an account
I had try few times to sign up even try to sign up at different day, but still not manage to create an account. I really hope the developers can fix the problem 😩
Events feature not working
I cant use the Events feature in the Plus Passport. Has been few days
Info yg tidak begitu membantu
Bagaimana kita nak tgk info2 terkini apa yang ada di setiap R&R dan apa yang berlaku sepanjang perjalanan kita di PLUS highway. Saya tak nampak info tersebut dalam apps ni…. Not so friendly user. Saya nak cari sykt minyak apa yg ada di R&R atau hentian sebelah mana yg ada stesen minyak pun takde. Sepatutnya info2 apa yg ada seperti kapasiti parking, kemudahan ATM machine dll juga boleh dinyatakan sekali. Kalau saya tak jumpa cari, maknanya mmg apps ni sgt tak friendly. Huhuhu
Easy to use app
The interphase of app is straightforward and seamless. Would recommend downloading this app especially if you are travelling long distance. Very helpful with traffic updates so far!
Unprofesional app
Just hire someone experienced to polish up this thing, this app looks like a junior developing it. Come on Malaysia!!! UI/UX and features are too newbie
Put Markings for the Live Traffic View
It would be great if the Live Traffic View can include marking/legend to show which traffic is heading north & south. Right now, it’s not shown and user can only guess. Not really that helpful.
Back button always lagging.. hang up
Done register-ok but after open out , having lagging -hangup when back to home page.. anyway good to have these apps.. admin need to update the apps from time to time

My plusmiles point suddenly become (-2253) Why the points will become “negative amount?

Must have app for all drivers
Called the hotline for help as I have a tyre issue but I couldn’t give them the exact location so was told to download the app. Used to SOS function where it can detect my location. Help came less than 10 mins to fix my spare tire.

Complaint Regarding PLUS Points Redemption System
Kepada pihak PLUS Malaysia Berhad, Saya ingin mengemukakan aduan rasmi berkenaan sistem ganjaran mata (points) dalam aplikasi PLUS yang pada pandangan saya amat mengecewakan dan tidak memberi manfaat sebenar kepada pengguna. Sebagai pengguna lebuh raya yang kerap dan setia, saya mengumpul mata dengan harapan dapat menebus ganjaran yang ditawarkan seperti minuman atau baucar. Namun begitu, apa yang berlaku adalah ganjaran tersebut sering kehabisan stok (out of stock), kod penebusan terlalu terhad, dan hampir mustahil untuk ditebus walaupun mata telah mencukupi. Keadaan ini menimbulkan persoalan tentang tujuan sebenar sistem mata ini diwujudkan. Jika ganjaran tidak disediakan secara konsisten atau mencukupi, maka usaha pengguna untuk mengumpul mata menjadi sia-sia dan hanya sekadar gimik semata-mata. Lebih mengecewakan, sebagai pengguna lebuh raya utama yang tidak mempunyai banyak alternatif lain, kami seolah-olah tiada pilihan selain terus menggunakan perkhidmatan ini walaupun berdepan dengan sistem ganjaran yang tidak telus dan tidak adil. Saya berharap pihak PLUS dapat: 1. Menambah baik ketersediaan ganjaran agar lebih konsisten. 2. Meningkatkan jumlah kod penebusan supaya lebih ramai pengguna dapat menikmati manfaat. 3. Memberikan penjelasan yang jelas tentang bagaimana sistem mata ini berfungsi dan had sebenar penebusan. Akhir kata, saya benar-benar berharap pihak tuan dapat memandang serius perkara ini demi menjaga kepercayaan dan kepuasan pengguna. Sekian, terima kasih.
