Unable to sign in with apple ID
Warning that states needs email whenever I try to sign up or sign in with apple ID. Frustrating for senior citizens.
Can’t make payment
I can not make payment on this apps, and the website as well. It keeps saying “please select ticket type”. I have chosen the only option “for OKU only”, but didn’t work. Edit: apparently OKU is seats dedicated to disabled person. As a foreigner i did not familoar with the term. Better provide a brief explanation in the apps.

Cannot login, typed in the correct password, it didn went through, tried again it shows they don’t allow multiple login

No clear information regarding tickets
I would like to suggest an improvement for the KTMB ticketing app regarding Business Class ticket information. The app should clearly inform passengers about all benefits included with each ticket type before purchase. Recently, we purchased Business Class tickets and separately bought meals, only to realise after boarding that meals were already included in the Business Class fare. This caused unnecessary additional spending and confusion. In addition, the app should also highlight other Business Class privileges, such as: * Access to the Business Class lounge before departure * Dedicated lift access directly to the train platform These are valuable benefits, but many passengers may not be aware of them because the information is not clearly displayed during the booking process. Providing a clear summary of included amenities and privileges before payment would greatly improve the customer experience and help passengers make better-informed purchasing decisions.
Warga Emas Discount for Couples
Both husband and wife are both registered & verified with KTMB for Warga Emas Discount. However when booking tickets as couple, Only the principal account holder can claim Warga Emas Discount while the other was not allowed to choose the ticket type to Warga Emas. Please do something about it.
worst app ever
never encountered such buggy, laggy app in my life. 1. problems with logging in - after inputing all information like email psw gender the error message "email required to log in" kept coming up. in the end had to create a new account just to check for availability of tickets 2. went to check ticket availability but upon selecting date and number of pax it immediately brought me to payment page?? hello?? 3. want to check train timing using the app, unable to select destination. what an amazing app. u dont even deserve the 1 star tbh.

Cannot buy ticket for ticket from KLIA to KL Sentral
I can buy ETS n Terbau Shuttle but when I try to book ticket from KLIA T1 to KL Sentral, app ask me to fill in birthday then jump up a window to ask me login again. I try to close and clear backend app, but it will be asking me to login again and again without any login allow. I need to reinstall whole thing
Please fix the app
I can’t login in after using the same method as registration - sign in apple. My passport details have been registered and now I can’t even use a new email to sign up for a new account.
Server not responding
Why I have always get a prompt saying ‘server not responding’. Or ERROR 403

Registered with Apple ID. App still asks me for email and password on subsequent login attempt with Apple ID.

Useless sign in options
I tried buying tickets on KTMB website and log in with Facebook/Google but the website seemed unresponsive. Downloaded this app and chose “sign up with Apple”, successfully created an account but ended up the app still asks me to log in with email address and password. Dumb and useless design.
