Unable to extend or process card
App is announcing unable to process parking application or extension. Card was reentered but to no avail. Tried another card and it was the same issue. Please assist. Thank u.

Cannot seem to amend or change billing card details even after multiple attempts following the advice of delete and reinstall app etc.
Great app, great potential
This is one of the better apps that the government puts out. Uses standard user interface guidelines specific to the OS that adds tremendously to the user experience. Hopefully the developer is still around to make changes that become available to iOS, such as implementing this app as a native CarPlay app to detect car parks and pay for parking straight from the CarPlay interface. These capabilities were announced in WWDC22 for iOS 16.
Good but..
This app has been a breeze when I was using it for a while. Until I experienced some issues about bad gateway or card declined. Had to delete and re add the card every single use. I even got fined for it cos I couldn’t pay cos of that card declined issue. Sot sia
Can be improve
Hi, ive been a regular user of this app. It will be great if we can add multiple credit cards and put 1 more vehicle for parking at the same time

The requirement to add a card manually is common, and I have not experienced extra deductions. The app is user friendly and simple to use. Beware of trolls who just go around downvoting certain apps.

As a result might just overlook start of parking and receive a parking ticket.
Good concept but billing discrepancies found
I like the concept but there are discrepancies found between the parking history transactions and the credit card transactions. There were additional charges. I have sent an enquiry to the parking.sg team.
Cannot add card
Great app but for weeks I can’t add my new credit card. There is a bug. When I click on the date or cvc field a pop up appears covering the fields and asks me to enter card details or cancel. I can’t close this pop up. I deleted and reinstalled the app three times. No improvement. Very frustrated!
Is there any way
to check saved Card info? I don’t remember which card was saved and if it is expired.
unauthorise charge to credit card
The app charged to my credit card & cancelled the transaction the next second. I did not authorise the payment at all. It happens very day & the next second the transaction was cancelled.

Can you release an Apple Watch version of the app?
could have been perfect
however, a parking app that does not have the function to park multiple vehicles is far from perfect.

I’m parking at the place using my account card to park and it’s duplicate another charges and this often occurred oftenly,I had to always call bank to clarify the issues and again.

QR Code
Can I suggest to use QR code to scan the parking. Sometime when we type. We might type wrongly, or in a rush. We might forget. Looking at the current era, every where also use QR Code.
Card keeps declining
The app, for the better part of this year, has continually claimed my cards are “declined” and thus refused my attempts to pay for parking. This is nonsense, as repeated attempts will lead to the card being magically accepted. Initially, 2-3 attempts were required. Nowadays it is oftentimes impossible to make the parking payment - as if the card only gets accepted on a critical roll of a d20. I’ve brought this up with the feedback department. I’ve sent screencaps of the error. The last correspondence I had with them was more than 2 weeks ago. I sent a follow up message two days ago and am waiting for a reply. Is this not a public service? I cannot be held responsible for parking fines if the payment method is faulty.
Can't register car
Downloaded the app last week but have never used it - when I enter vehicle details and click the appropriate vehicle type a white screen comes up at it doesn't progress after that. Reinstalled app too, same issue. Can please contact me? Thank you! I've seen my friends use it it's really helpful, she uses it for my car instead :(
Security issues.
2 times (have use credit and debit card) I use this app and after few days someone or this app charged to my card which I did not use. Have to cancel my card immediately.
Card in app used in unauthorised transaction
2nd incident. Suspect so only used the new card for this app. Another unauthorised transaction made.
Unable to add vehicle
I’ve been using the app for some time and there was no issue previously. Recently I accidentally deleted my vehicles and when I try to re-add, it’s jus blank screen after I selected my vehicle type. Please fix it?

Important Change Needed
App needs to detect when vehicle has moved off. When detected, treat as having ended early. Users sometimes forget to tap End Early and gets billed for unused minutes.

I'm trying to pay after I parked and when I click save payment details it keeps timing out. So won't let me pay. Unbelievable.
Unable to add new vehicle
I have been using this app since 2019, so for no problem, but yesterday I was add new vehicle could not add. The page were blanked when I key in the number, kindly resolve the issue. Thanks
Does not resume
After the application goes to the background, launching it again just gives a blank loading screen. Have to kill the app for it to work again!
