Web
Malfunctioning
You can’t do anything from this app
Useless app
Whenever I click Manage Booking it just redirects me to the homepage, when will they resolve this issue ‼️
App has no use
I cant manage my bookings. No point in having the app if you need to open the website to do it.
Unsmooth add on experience
Not happy that I have to download the app in order to manage my add ons as the option is not available on the website. And I have to create an account. And after all that I have done, I couldn’t change my seats on the app? I had to call the customer service, which they told me that the seats that I have chosen have been initially blocked on the system due to some reasons? Oh yeah? Why wasn’t it shown on the app. And booking the the extra paid seats are more expensive than choosing from the app… Is this all just a conspiracy?
Unable to manage flight
I had to use Android version
