Location Names (Neg. Occ.)
Location names are codes (combos of letters and numbers) rather than the exact name of the address so I always get my booking wrong! Itβs also harder to find/search locations on the app.

it's so easy to here before but know? riders don't accept my booking, i downloaded it and i only use it once, and it's raining. But now it's sunny daaaay, and i still didn't get a rider! So frustrating!!
Stop automatic booking
I have to use multiple booking apps and because joyride takes so long to book I always get my move it first. Then joyride keeps automatically booking and I canβt cancel the booking bc you make it so hard to cancel quickly the the driver that gets booked on joyride gets mad

Taking too long to book rides
This app is not good for taxi service. You got to wait an hour just to book.
Add ETA
Joyride is good and often affordable, but one thing it needs is adding the ETA of drivers. Itβs been a couple of years since Iβve raised this as a review also but until now itβs not been implemented idk why. Other apps are able to do it, so why canβt joyride?

Hello. I don't know if it's just me but the app constantly logs me out of my account huhu, ilang beses na nangyari. Sobrang hassle lang kasi need mo pa ulit gumawa ng bagong account when you're trying to make yourself convenient or in a hurry. Ayun lang huhu. Please fix this.

Always asked to Cancel
Joyrideβs service has become extremely disappointing. Every time I book, the riders keep asking me to cancel because they say a 4 km pickup is βtoo far,β which is ridiculous for a transport service. Even when I clearly give instructions on the fastest route, they still end up canceling. Itβs such a waste of time and effort.

Compared to Grab itβs poor. I canβt see where the drivers are. For someone reason I canβt ring or Message the driver. This causes a problem more for the Drivers and often leads to cancelled bookings

I set pick up point at my current location but the app keeps setting the drop off and the pick up point as the same. I had to manually setup my pickup point.

Taken for a Joyride (by the driver anyway)
I booked my first ride with your app on Saturday from Brentwood Suites QC to Via Appia Hotel Tagaytay. I was quoted about 1,800. My driver charged be an extra 500+ for tolls even though I saw two toll transactions first for 129 and second for -23. I ended up giving him a total of 2500 with tip. But now I realize I was "taken for a joyride" by the driver. This is the first time in three months in the Philippines that I've been cheated. I don't even see this one transaction in my joyride history. I will never use this app again. Back to Grab. Extremely disappointed!

Difficult map location
Finding addresses and your location in the in-app map is difficult. Changing the point of location adjusts automatically misplacing your location.

He follows instructions pretty well.
No card payment
So, no card payment per ride, you will have to add money to the account βtop upβ and then use to as payment method. The minimum top up is 200, this is garbage and a way to keep you only using this app to consume your funds. Very bad idea not recommended.

The GPS accuracy is not accurate, the riders have reached the target location, and they are still in the original place

I have been using joy ride for sometime and Iβve noticed the drivers never have change. So I tried loading to my wallet. However today again I had insufficient balance in joyride wallet so I had to use cash. Again go change. Itβs not a big change itβs just 13 peso change. One rider showed me 1000 and 500 saying he had no change at all. I would like to pay the amount set in the app please.

Its not showing the map
After I clicked car, then select pickup and drop off, the map wonβt load. How am I supposed to know the route or is it even safe if it wonβt show the route or the map as a whole. I already checked the internet, i closed and open the app again, still no map

It works. But it lacks real time updates of trip progress. Also It seems to only accept cash payments. But otherwise its fine
My driver today was quite careful
If you are an experienced motorcyclist yourself, you know how dangerous is to ride on a motorbike. Many bike, taxi, drivers tailgate and cut things too close, my driver today was quite cautious. It only adds maybe five or 10% to the trip time and going down on a motorcycle always hurts a lot. This drive was smart, careful, didnβt tailgate very much.
