good but sometimes it kept on loading and even if you refresh it, it still wouldn’t work
fix these bugs and keep the images of when you booked a flight somewhere, it looks better with it. overall, the countdown of days before flight is the best feature. i hope also, that you can show the prices when checking out the months, days, when booking. that’s all.
Always lagging
You need to find a better app developer. It’s always lagging and can be quite frustrating especially since I fly with PAL almost every other week.

No issues with the app except minor lag when opening. Other than that, booking works fine.
An interesting flight…
There is a running joke that Philippine Airlines always arrives late, but my latest trip with them not only set me back one day bc of a mechanical issue which forced the plane to return to the airport, but they promised their passengers things they could not deliver on such as food vouchers. However, it was clear that the crew did their very best to accommodate in a situation like this with a paid hotel and the options to either wait for the next flight or a refund. It all does make one wonder if this was some sort of technical hiccup in the plane or a case or negligence.
Finally able to login
I guess the new update fixed some issues, I’m finally able to use the app and get my boarding pass. Thank you for reading our feedbacks!

It’s quite disappointing that the app of our country’s flag carrier airline performs this poorly. ✈️🇵🇭 Frequent lagging, unexpected crashes, and painfully long loading times make the experience unnecessarily frustrating. PAL, what’s happening? We know you can do better than this. 🙏🏻
Update your App
Since your app was upgraded last year, I haven’t been able to log in anymore. No matter how many times I’ve called the hotline, followed the instructions given to me, and escalated the issue to different departments, there still hasn’t been any solution.

PAL website displays available seats left whereas the app doesn’t.
App Update
When I open the app, it says “app update required” and it asks me to update the app and proceed to App store. However, upon proceeding to App store, there are no updates available. Now, I cannot use the app as it’s on loop.

When opening the app, it prompted to update the app hut when update is pressed, it redirects to the app store to update but there is no update button. it goes in circles.

I love the improved version of the app, it made viewing my booking easy. There are some crashes and glitches which requires the need to be looked into. Another thing is, while it is compatible with my phone, it doesn't work the same for my iPad. It would've been nicer to view my booking on a bigger screen and on the go. I hope the developers will work on this as well!

Very convenient and easy to use
Horrible App
Very slow app. Currently having issues accessing the app. It is telling to update the app, I don’t see an update. I deleted the app multiple times and tried downloading again, no luck it is still telling me to update.
Multicity booking
I was trying to book flights for 2 adults and 1 kid on Multi City - MNL-XIAMEN, PVG-MNL. The cost it shows is always for 2 pax when it should be for three. Tried to change the number of passengers by adding more and the total cost still shows the same, just for two people. Why can’t I use it properly? I even tried to delete the app and install it back but the same issue persisted.

Group Booking
I tried booking for three, but it's only showing two upon checkout. Good thing I reviewed it because if not, that would have been a big problem. Please fix that issue on your app.

Every time after adding my upcoming trip, the app starts crashing. I have to delete the app and add again.

The app is easy to navigate. Best feature for me is that the app patiently waits for input - sometimes you don't have all your documents to hand and need to get them, or the internet is a bit slow while you are trying to pay. Philippine Airlines is there where you left off, unlike other apps that timeout and erase all you have input after a minute being idle. So patient, so Filipino. Brilliant!

What's the issue
The app says it's outdated so I'm clicking the update now button and app store opens up and there's no updated version of this.
New App Version Fail
Trying to set up a new account within the app. Password creation does not work (again in the new version) with NO guidance as to parameters required.
Beware!
This app kept insisting that we still owed an outstanding balance for seats which neither we, or the airline, could remove despite them confirming that nothing was actually owed. Uninstalling and reinstalling app had no effect, the option to remove outstanding invoices just produced an error. Ended up uninstalling app and not bothering with it as definitely not reliable.

Poorly made. Full of bugs
I haven't once yet completed a ticket purchase using the app or the website - - because you simply can't get to the end without some major problem, bug, or error. It's been this way for over a year, which tells me that the Development team is incompetent and needs to be replaced. Developer response? Don't reply to bad reviews. Hire new developers. You have lost out on me buying tickets on your airline multiple times simply because I did not want to deal with all the friction introduced by your poor systems. And yeah - - my last flight left 6 hours late. Was 17 hours long. And had no working Wi-Fi either. Do better.

Errors occurred when adding trip and check-in.before my upcoming trips were showing but today its not showing anymore.then when i add trip after i deleted my precious ones, i cant add trip or even check in.
