Good reward points when filling fuel using Caltexgo. No hassle to show IC because it is directly linked.
Very disappointing and frustrating to use
The payment process is unnecessarily complicated. Users have to somehow guess the amount before the subsidy, and only after entering the amount does the system adjust it according to the subsidised amount. This is confusing and makes the whole process much more troublesome than it needs to be. On top of that, I keep experiencing transaction/payment issues. Sometimes the payment simply doesnβt go through for no apparent reason. If this app is meant to be used for payments, the payment system should at least be reliable. Honestly, Caltex should take notes from apps like Setel by PETRONAS. The experience is so much simpler, straightforward and user-friendly. Please improve the payment system and overall user experience. As it stands, using this app is more of a hassle than a convenience. Iβm seriously uninstalling it and going back to other fuel payment options.
Fueling Transaction Hold Issue
The amount placed on hold for each fueling transaction is excessively high and the hold remains in place for too long. We would appreciate it if the hold amount could be reviewed and reduced to a more reasonable level.

Some gas station is not found even after i have park at the pump. It existed in the map but i cannot use the app to fill up gas
The notice was too small for the information
Please make the notice or selection for the fuel more easier. The thing is still new and we still confuse for the budi95 selection in this app
Apps always gt problem
2nd time having the app issue and canβt use it when make the transaction, so I decided to go other competitors where their app has no issue since launched.

Spent 45mins in station
Station staff very helpful but to claim on the welcome $10 in the apps is super efficient! Very annoying and difficult to choose the station location as required- apps show intermittent issues !

When I reach the petrol and I want to use the app to pump petrol but keep showing error and waste my time. Please fix it asap
Petrol at Caltex
Although it has been easy and smooth to pump and pay. I would like to give Caltex another tip to improve further to reward your customers for every top up of petrol irrespective of the amount of purchase. What has happened to your loyalty rewards. Cheers ππ€
Bad new version
The app is full of cosmetic things that it looses sight of efficiency and functionality, the previous app version was so much more efficient, faster and solved the customer requirements. Why over design it at the expense of efficiency?

Recent update not working
After the recent update, opening the app it will stuck in the select country page. Previous versions works well and allows me to pay conveniently in car, but now need to get out of car to pay at counter.

When I updated the app canβt access it. It say to choose my location but there is no options to choose from and I canβt type on the screen as well.

App not working at all
After updated to latest version 7.1.2. The app is stop working, hang at the page asking for location but and it wont work despite change diff network or location.
Points History Details
May I suggest that you include details in points history i.e: Type of fuel purchase, total in liters and amount paid on each Points Earned entry. Either tap the points entry to view details or just show it as sub details. Nice app by the way. Thank you!
What happened to my points in the last version of the caltexgo app?
No option to migrate points. No way to link the physical card.

The application said that i need to update the caltex application however if i press the update nothings happen. My phone is freeze and i open again and it has the same situation again.

Downloaded the app instore and signed up but when the assistant tried to scan the QR code it only showed error message , very disappointing after not re waiving points for my purchase . Would be good to at least get the points awarded later .

Worst app refresh timing and notification on releases.
A Queue Block
I signed up fine unlike other reviewers here but the in-store experience is very slow since they change it from a simple QR code scan to a very long process of the operator keying in lots of stuff. Makes it embarrassing to use.
