First Experience 👌🏻
This was my first experience flying with Eva Airline and it was absolutely Perfect 🤩 The staff were very professional, accommodating and welcoming. The seating on the airline was very comfortable and I felt safe and relaxed during the entire journey. I highly recommend flying with Eva Airline!
Worst user interface
There is no way to change your flight on this app and the customer service line is always busy.

Not a good app to use
I booked my ticket through travel agent, but when I trying to check in using the app it doesn’t work and keeps showing error messages. Only my travel agent can help me checking in. Really disappointed.

Long loading time
The app takes long time to load literally every single page. As a mobile development professional I’d recommend not just saving cost by using web views but considering turning some critical flows into native pages. That would help performance.

I all ways fly with Eva Air their service is second to none,really friendly staff and very efficient service, the online booking and customer service is as smooth as the flight.

The timeline that clicks you off and then you have to start all over again
EVA
Brilliant airline that I have been travelling with on long haul flights. However my flight too BKK on 13/05/24 seat 45 K was very poor. 1. The crew was very poor. 2. Water was offered only twice in 12 Hours. 3.The mid flight snack was almost thrown at me crew seemed un-interested with a can’t be bothered attitude almost surely. I was shocked with this trip . Return flight was justFantastic a truly great experience and all down to the crew. I was Truely impressed with the attention to details and great experience by the crew form all on board. To be congratulated. I do not make my comments lightly and happy to discuss should you wish to. Regards Hary Goodman

Always a good flight for the money
Cant reply on the app
The push notification told me I have two messages, when I login, it says “no messages”. Connection is so so so slow, I would not reply on it to get a boarding pass on my screen. I thought Taiwan has one of the best IT persons in the world, this would give them a bad reputation.

Too slow to connect
EVA App is so slow and I get connection time out most of the time. Why not just offer a web version?
Suggestion
Be able to modify infinity award profile name in the app. Instead of having to fill out a form and fax it.

For 2023 standards this app was outdated in every possible segment imo, you guys should really consider a “version update” like what Lufthansa did
資料設定問題
護照資料可設定，證照資料輸入卻出錯。 照理，證照資料大致就多是簽證，而簽證的有效日期卻輸入後顯示： 證照效期小於6個月！ 這就是bug了，簽證為何規定非得要多於6個月？逼著大家只能隨便打一個先繼續，這樣不對啊。

Does this app have the countdown of days until the flight date like most of these kind of apps have ? I can not seem to find this !

The passport expiry date cannot be populated with another date than the current date. Iphone 8 IOS 15.5

New update fixed crashes
Seems the new update has fixed the crashes, the app is working now. -iPhone 7 Plus

Stop keep wiping out everyones password when u update ur app every 5 mins how can anyone book flights when no one can access the app while out and about people do not store passwords when out with a mobile phone

Problem with new version
Since I installed the new app 6 days ago I cannot drill on Booking - Details , the app just closes down.
Absolutely garbage app
Wouldn’t let me sign in using the password I had set a minute ago, even though apple automatically saved it for me. Process to request a password change is ridiculous, asking you to input information you haven’t even given yet. What a garbage app. This is absolutely enough to make sure I don’t fly with this airlines.
Crash (fixed)
Thanks to the Eva team for the quick response, so I'm happy to update this review to confirm the app is now loading correctly and is useable again. The new version has a completely new interface, a little difficult to navigate but not a major problem. Thanks. The app now crashes as soon as it's launched. If I am unable to use your app, you are unable to take my money for flights. Other airlines are available. Take note Eva Air!!
Login
Should allow itinerary to save in the app. When login by booking reference, should automatically retrieve from saved itinerary. Typing booking reference and name to login every time is very troublesome.
Only one critical flaw
The main critical flaw of this app, is it’s inability to synchronize with the password manager. Please fix this. Working with face or fingerprint unlock is of course ideal, but it’s really painful to switch between password manager and this app just to log in.
Satisfied
It seems they fixed a lot of issues that have previously been mentioned. I had no issue checking in and downloading my boarding pass to Apple wallet. Sure the app is a bit more clunky than most and doesn’t look the most legitimate but otherwise everything transitioned smoothly and I had no problems.
Eva website is very poor
Very awkward site. Hard to book flights, difficult to make add ons. Difficult to log into your flight. Makes me want to book on other airlines whose platform is more intuitive and stable

Does not connect
I have all my booking information in hand and despite repeated attempts to log in to the Mobile App with this info, it did not recognize my flights. They need to do a complete overhaul of this App.
Updated. Now crashes.
Updated today 5th July to latest version. Now won't even open. Crashes immediately on iPhone 7+. UPDATE: Deleted and reinstalled. Now working OK. 🙂

Great app for a great airline! Very user friendly, and allows you to keep track of your flights and itinerary, as well as book and change tickets from your mobile device. Attractive layout and easy to navigate!

I never had a flight to Taipei to Macau or Macau to Taipei. My flights were from toronto to Taipai to Tokoyo. So why are you cancelling my flights. My wife was booked to Taipai to Macau.
Great app
I love Eva air, and travel with Eva a lot. This app is really useful for me. just have few suggestions The starting animation is cool, but I personally think it's not necessary. It takes too long to launch the app. And since the menu bar at bottom is same as the home page, why not just remove the home page? I personally don't think a same home pages is that necessary. But over all, the app looks very good and useful.

Just revised my rating. With the latest update I can no longer get into the seating page. One star off!!! Thanks to previous reviewer, Apollo, I managed to change the language. And was able to book seats.
