Such an amazing airline, especially for the prices offers compared to what all you get, with good modern lane with all you need.
Assigned seat not showing in the app
I called customer service and they told me the seat has already been assigned, however it does not show in the app, nor will let you change it.

希望可以推出「新增常用乘客資訊」的功能，讓之後訂票時可以點選自動帶入，謝謝。 目前每次出國都得再輸入一次家人個資，挺不方便

Flawed and weak app/website
I really like STARLUX AIRLINE “But” they need to fix mobile app is slow and not reliable as well their website run very slow. Such a frustrating experience. I’ve experienced this with trying to get my E ticket and boarding information that I have to go to the airport much earlier in order to secure my flight plans.

Tried to manage flight and choose seats, allowed only one leg of 4!!! Also couldn’t add my frequent flyer number to earn point
空能齊全但介面陽春
介面滿差的，感覺就像是手機版的網站而已，動不動就會出現窗戶的讀取圖示，把整個畫面都遮住，而且app的啟動和切換頁面的讀取時間都很久 可以學一下AA他們的app是怎麼設計的，不只美觀、直覺，而且開啟速度很快

Feedback on in-flight service experience
I was introduced by a friend to fly with Starlux Airlines for the first time on a round trip to Taiwan. For both flights, I purchased seats with extra legroom, as I am tall and find it difficult to sit for long periods. On my return trip at the end of March, a flight attendant asked us to hand over our empty water containers for disposal. I took down my backpack from the overhead compartment and handed her one empty plastic bottle. She then asked me to take out another transparent water bottle, which was a Japanese product purchased in Taiwan. I explained that it was my personal item, and she then instructed me to put it into my backpack. During meal service, she served my meal first but did not provide any water or beverage. When she returned after serving the passengers in front and came back to my seat, I asked if I could have a drink. She responded with a stern expression and made a downward cutting gesture with her hand, without saying anything such as “please wait.” I have already sent an email to your company but have not received any response. I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration, as I believe there is room for improvement in service communication.

Bad user experience
The worst part of this app that shocks me is the average response time. Every tab I switch, every part I click, I have to wait for at least 2 seconds. What’s wrong with it? It’s the core functionality that STARLUX should concern about. I don’t care how fancy this app is, just improve its response time.
Please add a countdown widget!
Please add a countdown widget like what United Airlines has. It allows you to view upcoming trips on your Home Screen and it’s so fun to count down and get excited. Please and thank you!
Doesn’t remember added trips
“Add a trip” is not very helpful since the app doesn’t remember my trip after I close it. Very annoying to have to dig up the confirmation number from email every single time I want to view trip details.

日本語に対応しているので助かります。 処理中の画面が静的なので、フリーズと勘違いしてしまいます。インジケーターの改善を希望します。 また、サインインする時に、2段階認証があると良いと思います。

Four flights with this airline, app let me check in once, other three flights could no check in despite using same booking number.

iOS 工程師在搞笑嗎？ 手機切去信箱看驗證碼回來直接不能打字輸入，那你乾脆不要驗證好了😄 破UX，AI prompt 一下趕快 hotfix plzzz
Needs a lot of work. Unreliable.
The app works about 70% of the time. It is pretty finicky especially about signing in and often just fails. Several of the basic features of an airline app are missing such as the ability to check-in (takes you to a website that fails regularly). It also seems to struggle to associate your booking with your account. Other easy things like being able to see boarding times and departure gates are missing entirely. Also, many areas of the app require a long loading screen that seems unnecessary. Not sure why they didnt just copy any of the other highly functional apps out there. Fortunately, they made sure to get the ads working….
iPhone iCloudバックアップできない原因
StarluxアプリがiCloudにバックアップしてるサイズが急に1.4GBになり、iPhoneのiCloudストレージの容量5GBを超えてしまう為、９月下旬からバックアップ出来なくなった StarluxのiCloudバックアップをOffにすればOK

I’m trying to check-in and access ancillary services. When I enter my booking reference, the app returns, “Invalid data, please re-enter.(03011)”. I can do it on the website, which isn’t a great experience (I get the sense that both were vibe coded and rolled out with little testing) but at least it works.
Poor function
Seems to take user to external site for checking in and getting boarding pass. Not sure what the app can actually do itself. Means user has to enter a lot of data in at least twice.

Works better than most other airlines
It’s a very simple app, not much in it or the newest UI. But it works for what it does. I was able to mange my flight, change seats and choose my meals with ease.
Unable to book, then unable to add booking
Unable to book if adding an infant. Error was related to length of name. Ended up booking through OTA. Unable to add booking using booking reference if miles are credited to another program (Alaska). Means that I wasn’t able to check in using the app.
“System is busy”
Haven’t been able to access the app at all for two days and we’re flying tonight. First time flying starlux and hoping the flight experience is better than the app!

Doesn’t work if you don’t have cosmile number
Why would you not let me manage my booking on the app ~regardless~ of which frequent flier number is tied to the reservation?? Just because I booked with Alaska and not Starlux doesn’t mean I don’t need a working app to manage this booking. Major issue—please fix
