Crash with 7.0.5 and iPhone 15pro Max
Depuis l’installation de la version 7.0.5 sur mon iPhone 15 Pro Max (iOS 17.5.1), l’appli crash au démarrage !! Merci de corriger au plus vite. Édit : après suppression/réinstallation de l’appli , tout est ok.
Functionally a broken app
The app lacks even the most basic functionality.
Bonne amélioration
L’application c’est bien amélioré depuis un an (dommage l’historique des voyages a disparu). Ajouter la carte de fidélité dans le wallet ne marche pas. Sinon l’appli est très pratique et fonctionnelle.

Bumpy application
Just downloaded and registered. Once the ID has been assigned you have to safe the Card-image immediately, cause the damn thing just demands the ID to login and no confirmation mail is sent. Then you can book and manage it. No interface to iOS wallet though.

Not a good airline Application. But i do t have any other choices.
As a regular customer i don’t think the application is good enough. They shoulde done it better. This is one of the worst airline application i have ever used.
Great app when it works, but crashes after latest update.

Freezes every time I launch it
This app is very annoying. Every time I launch it the app freezes for at least two minutes. You can’t do anything. If you click to another app and click back, the freeze is reset & and you still have to wait two minutes.

Very slow app and limited function
I need to wait few minutes until I could sign into my flyerbonus account. Not auto sync with my booking. Sometimes checking at the counter is much faster than via the app.

The app doesn’t support iPhone 14 pro max. I can’t add flights to My Trip due to the “+” sign can’t be pushed. In fact, all the upper app can’t be pushed.
Where‘s the problem?
I cannot understand why there are so many negative reviews? I booked a flight from Bangkok to Koh Samui and it all went great. The app has the same build up as the one of Thai Airways, so it was a very easy booking process.

PLEASE make your app as good as you airline there is such a disconnect between the experience on the plane and the digital. I will leave it there you have an amazing DNA as a company make sure it is applied everywhere. 🙏🏻

À cause des commentaires précédents j’ai hésité à télécharger et pire encore à faire confiance à l’application mais il faut maintenant mettre les commentaires à jour, l’application est top, vols en direct et en promotions pour certains avec un détails bien complet et un récapitulatif de réservation, on peut choisir son siège, son repas bref tout est très bien expliqué et à jour ! application sécurisée pour les paiements. Personnellement j’en suis très satisfaite et je le recommande ! Merci Bangkok Airways !
Useless and Glitchy
I’ve attempted to download this app multiple times and received the error message that I have a rooted device when I try to open the app. Something I know is untrue due to multiple other working apps (banking, etc.) that would call that out were it true. I do see that there’s been an update in the last couple of days and I would have installed this app shortly after the most recent update so I’m wondering if something was missed there. Based on the complaints about the app being inaccurate versus what the airline says or does, maybe it’s best that I’m not able to use it.
Potential but...
Nicely designed & actually lets you buy tickets which is great but you physically have to add your trips your self which I had to do to prove the check in person at PNH that I had already paid for extra luggage. Flight is delayed & instead of updates it says "your flight already flew". I almost had a heart attack but no we are all sitting here with no announcements about the delay. I had to go ask personally why the app said the plane left when it had not even arrived. Could do much better.

App and Airline are Terrible
Do yourself a favor and book on Thai Aireays instead. Theis app itself is similar to Thai Airways, but noticeably worse. Flight times are wrong, delays are not reported, you can choose seats but then the airline reassigns them when you get to the airport. Staff was dismissive to discrepancies the app told us (a shock, the only rude people in Thailand).

Downloaded the new app today and impressed with the new design!
Needs lots of improvements
This app doesn’t even let you click the buttons because it’s not designed for a universal compatibility of iPhones. On my iPhone 14 Pro Max, the upper part of the app is out of the screen, makes it very hard to click the back button, I can give this junk only one star as it lacks the basic usability.
Too slow
Good layout and features but the app is too slow. Better to just use the mobile browser.
Works fine now
Current version works great, just booked 2 flights on it without a smudge of hassle.

Last update still not available
The app used to be great, but since the migration to a new system it is not working at all. This makes the app useless. I do hope that the app will soon be up and working again!
