Complete Junk
What happened? Can barely download offline maps which makes the app virtually useless.

Downloaded this app awhile ago and it’s a good app but needs to have trails and roads updated doesn’t show a lot of areas still that are now open to ride on but still a good app otherwise.
Mapbox powered maps broke the search function
Used Ride Command for years. Always satisfied. Recent update with maps powered by Mapbox has made searching for points of interest incredibly difficult. You can enter an address exactly and it works no problem, but enter a resort name and it will come up with nothing. Zoom in and the resort will show up on the map, but you can’t find it via search now.

I use it for my rzr xpt spring summer and fall. I just got a sled and switched it to the snow maps And it is sick really intuitive and the 3d flyover is sweet if u are off roading u need this app.. on top of that its free
Bring back the old offline maps
The best part of the app, the fact that you could save large regions of offline maps, is completely unusable after the rewrite. It’s basically impossible to download even one days worth of riding, as every time you download a map, the next one you download has to be even smaller. I opened a support ticket and they just tell you to download a smaller map. After 2 I can’t download more than a couple Zaire miles.
Please add selection feature!
I have used Ride Command App, the onboard display, and home computer web interface for about 5 years now. Overall I have been quite happy but there is one interface deficiency that makes use very difficult. When multiple tracks overlay, there is no way to select which one I want. Super frustrating when there is more than one track or waypoint in the area I click or touch.

I used to love this app and that’s why I’m giving it a 3 star rating. Not sure what happened with the big update but I’ve used it twice since and the first ride didn’t incorporate the pictures I attached for the 3D flyover and yesterday’s ride was showing as being recorded, showed 5:58 and when I hit the stop ride button a message popped up saying ride to short to record and the ride vanished! It was an important ride, a reunion of friends and it’s gone!!!! Do better app team!

App works great on the phone, I wish Polaris would allow it to be used in CarPlay so I could put it in my screen in my side by side.
Crashes on iOS
When using the app it just stops working. Freezes up then crashes. This is when looking at routes previously created.
Polaris RZR 200
I was told that I can control the speed by the app but haven’t found it. I had to put a code on the RZR and keep putting the code in when I wanted to drive it.

App use to work till update now its junk. Two updates with bug fixes and worse now than ever. When will you learn when something working good leave it alone. Sending my ride command plus module back for a refund. Why to go Polaris
Bluetooth comes and goes
Bluetooth is sketchy, audio comes and goes sine the last update. What do I do?
Needs Clean Up
iPhone User interface can be clunky. App froze when offline and had to reboot phone to get it back. Time and distance banner not able to hide. Zoom info keeps showing up intermittently with black line across screen. Trail accuracy close but I guess that’s to be expected. Overall kept us safe and not lost but overall still needs some improvement and clean up. After using for a week in northern Maine I really think some bug fixes and clean up would be advised. Going back to GPS Trail Master and Guru Pro
Generally good
First why is the active life be display gone for speedometer? It gets clunky on downloaded map use. It would be great to have an easy option to retrace your ride. So I can go into trails and easily go out the way I came in.

Can’t even search restaurants, POIs, etc on the map as you could before, amount a ton of other bugs. HUGE step backward.

Want to love this app
I really want to love this app. Today I the third day to use it. The first two days the app worked perfectly. Today, the map was reliable, but adding pictures to the route has been clunky. I have he’d to add them one at a time. We rode 45 miles and took 40 pictures. It shouldn’t be this hard to add them.

Great app, wish I had star link. Ran it off my phone, so dead spots in some locations but now the ride is saved so I should have no issues next time.

Ride command + does not work anymore! Please fix this problem since that is a subscription people pay for! Thanks
Trails get rough
Downloading this app at 11:30 was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in a hotel room. Oh yeah stay of the trail that beats you like 700lb gorilla that is named Diddy!
Not all rides showing on the map
This app was amazing awesome when I started using it. I love/loved it. Then it lost most of my runs. I archived a bunch one time they reappeared but I have to load the archive literally every time I open the app. I looked for a way to upgrade or do something to fix it. I’ve reached out to Polaris multiple times. I just want some help!!

The biggest problem i have with it is when i end record a trail it will delete half the ride and only show a little bit of what we actually rode

Ride Planning doesn’t work
Thought this would be a great app but the ride planning doesn’t work, freezes up as soon as I select the atv type. Disappointing.
Fix the bugs !
I love this app and use it every ride , I like to go back and see where I’ve been . And how long my rides are , that being said , I can’t do it when I open old rides and it doesn’t show my tracked ride . This is becoming more and more of an issue. I’ve logged out and back in, i always sync the data . It doesn’t work how it should lately . Polaris please fix this , I’ve seen other reviews with the same issue

Best app for trail riding ever made, can do SO many cool features that come in handy out on the trails.
Failure on the app update 4/26
After the update, I am always unable to keep my vehicle logged in. The where is my ride, the next service, all those little features are gone!

Kind of confusing
I feel like this could be greatly improved. The legend is not completely clear, can’t tell if they are roads or trails. No distances…take a look at QuadON and copy it
Nice app. Missing tooSpeed metric
I use this for all my trail ride. I have to run another app to track my top speed which easily could have been integrated into this app. Please add and it would be a 4 star app.

Lost Ride Command+
After the update my vehicles ride command+ disappeared. Adding rc+ back again doesn’t persist.
Route Planning
Great app but it lacks the ability to snap to existing roads when planning a route. It is great at snapping to trails but will not snap to dirt roads or short paved road junctions that access trails.
Cannot view previously tracked rides
I got the app to track and plot out all my surrounding trails. You can track but you cannot bring them up to view and use a reference later on.
No warm up shacks anymore ?
Good app, but it used to show all of the warm up shelters and it no longer does .. why is this ? That was one of the good parts of the app
Awesome Sidekick
Great app!! Stays on even when there is no service and the 3D flyover feature is amazing. I love getting all the stats after a ride. Miles, elevation, and average speed.
Latest update is trash
Can’t push to vehicles. App updated and now can’t turn off startup passcode and can’t adjust speed. Get this fixed now!
Good app BUT
I had a whole bunch of saved tracks and I could see exactly where I went. But then broke phone got the app again and logged in and it says that I had tracks but it just showed where I started it and doesn’t show my actual trail

App is alright for most parts but doesn’t show shelters. Pretty hard to plan anything if you don’t know where the shelters are
