Outdated
The Bendigo Bank app feels seriously outdated compared with other banking apps. While it’s simple and easy to navigate, it’s missing some pretty basic features that have become standard elsewhere. Most notably, there are no push notifications when money goes into or out of your account. Other banking apps can notify you instantly about every transaction, which is incredibly useful for keeping track of your finances and spotting anything unusual. It would also be great to have an account activity/spending summary where you can select a time period and see where your money is going, including categories for different types of spending. Other banking apps have been doing this for years. The app itself is easy enough to use, but the overall experience feels like it’s about five years behind the competition. Adding transaction notifications and a proper spending summary would make a huge difference. Push notifications, in particular, seem like a fairly straightforward feature to implement. Hopefully Bendigo Bank gives the app a much-needed refresh soon, otherwise I might have to swap bank entirely because of the app interface.

I’ve been with the Bendigo Bank for well over a decade and having had ‘experiences’ with some of the other bigger banks I’ve found that ‘the Bendigo’ wins hands down. Great staff, easy to deal with and if I’ve ever had a problem (usually of my doing) it’s been fixed up in no time at all. Thanks Bendigo!

No warnings when fraud activity
Hi, I only use this account for online purchases. As a result I’ve had a number of fraudulent activity which I have picked up and have had to cancel my card wait days and start all over again . I hear of other people saying how their bank picked up on fraudulent activity, put a hold on their account and rang the customer! Why can’t Bendigo bank do the same for me. Been with you many years!!! When I went into a bank once the teller had the nerve to tell me I must have pushed something I shouldn’t have ?? Not impressed.
Needs Payment Notifications
Overall, good banking app. Clean and Simplistic. I’ve banked with lots of banks. Currently bank with CBA and ANZ Plus. Both of which are still superior to Bendigo as they both have payment notifications for deposits and card transactions. If this feature was available it’d be a 5 Star Review.

I have been with Bendigo Bank for many years and I have been very happy with them. Their service is excellent.
Can’t login
For months I’ve been unable to log into my bank account. I enter the correct ID, password, and 2FA. “An unexpected error occurred while registering your device”, sends me back to the login screen and the loop starts again.

Abit slow on loading and would be nice to change the colour of the app icon
Customer Focused
After years of using the ING app, I find this a real breath of fresh air. Friendly interface and designed to help, not just functional.

Worrying that the whole bank was down for a day. Not good enough

Good back with decent app experience but could do better with enhancements like Deposit notifications and other commonly requested features

This is a great app. I can do virtually everything related to banking I need to do wherever I am providing I have sufficient signal. Intuitive and simple to use.

Fix the app people!!!
No notifications for transactions is the worst. Simple fix. Every other bank does it! I want to be notified when my leaves my ACC or comes into it. Please fix!!
