I hate it
I just can’t seem to work this ridiculous app ! It’s so secure it won’t let me make a large payment to pay someone for work I had done !!! I’m so annoyed! Do not use this app
Mostly good
Mostly good however I wish this app had the monthly dollar and spendings tracker stats like other bank apps do
Buggy
Whenever I try to do things on the app it always tells me there’s an issue and to try again later. It’s so frustrating. Having just moved to Suncorp from a different bank with a better app that works, I’m considering moving banks again

I usually have very good banking experiences with Suncorp. Love the easy to use app and always receive friendly an effective support when I need to call Suncorp

Have been with Suncorp for over 20 years and have always loved their app. Easy to use and if you don’t understand something, you can call them 24/7. 🤗

What’s going on! No more merchant survices and and E options accounts after 30 years I am heading else where!

I enjoy suncorp however they shouldn’t make the app updates compulsory as it’s hard to quickly transfer funds in some situations when the app requires and update. especially if there’s little data connection. and no place else to obtain money from. please make updates optional.

We are glad to be moving our business away from Suncorp. Awful app, terrible to transfer money between about and credit card. Slow to pay new payers.
Doesn’t always work
Yeh great app except when you can’t use it , last week for 2 days every time I logged in it said I have no bank accounts . I have had for over 30 years , couldn’t log into website or app or even the insurance app . Can never contact anyone which forces you to go into the bank which they obviously don’t want to do .

it’s okay
i recently got a new phone and as i was trying to login it kept say invalid credentials and no matter how many times i changed passwords, rechecking my ID number and redownloading the app it never worked.
Credit card
Extremely disappointed Suncorp does not have a credit card any more for this reason I will need to remove all my accounts with Suncorp.

App is painfully slow
This app used to be the greatest banking app compared to all. It was mega fast, no loading, no waiting, just quick simple banking. Even years later after they bogged it down and replied reduced it performance it has still not even come close to its previous lightning performance of yesteryear… I’ve been a Suncorp app user since it first came out on the App Store.
I miss the credit card
While the Suncorp app is reasonably functional for bill paying and banking, I really miss seeing my credit card in the same app and being able to make instant payments. The My Card app we were forced into is slow, and transfers take until the next business day, or even longer if made on a weekend.

Really dislike this app it’s either down,won’t show bank accounts or will move all the accounts out of order. I never get notifications when money comes in or goes out and I have notifications turned on very poor app compared to other banks
Review on Suncorp bank
 the bank always seems to have technical issues for the last three days. I haven’t been able to get into my Suncorp bank app keeps on saying something’s gone wrong please try again. When the app is working, it’s a good enough app to use for banking
Credit card separation is painful
Not having a credit card in the same app as my Suncorp banking is clumsy, inconvenient and the days of lag between money availability after a transfer is poor service.

My complaint is that interest rates are too high because of Government mismanagement.
Slow and always down for maintenance
If you don’t want to be able to access your banking most of the time, I’m sure this app would be just for you. It often ~60% of the time shows that there are no accounts listed, and that an “error occurred”. Either that, or it’s down for maintenance
Some clunky things in recent app
App generally works ok. Can’t delete previously installed payees so my list of saved accounts is ridiculously long cos I can’t delete these in the app. And the payment for credit card takes too long to clear so you can max out cards and accounts easily as the payments are not immediate. Also, the new app continues to tell me that peoples account details don’t match in eft payments. Which is disconcerting and yet they are right!

Why won’t Face ID work?
I’ve been getting a “something’s gone wrong, try again later” message for a month or more now. I’ve updated the app and still have to log in the old fashioned way every time. Terrible app!!!
Not bad but has issues
Insurance side is great but compared to other banking apps, it is down too often for maintenance. Also occasionally requires a phone restart otherwise you have to re input login details. Would good to be able to search for transactions by ben or acc number

What’s the point of this app. It has no functionality to manage your own money and settings. It doesn’t even provide a Net Balance on all the accounts held to know your overall position. Terrible product

Disappointed
I’ve been a customer of Suncorp for over 20 years I pleaded with them to lower my interest rate from 8.25% they were offering new customers a rate 2% lower than that they wouldn’t even budge until I switched over to Bendigo who I am grateful for even now my interest rate sits at 5.99% after increasing the amount of money they stole from me im more pist off with myself for not leaving sooner
