I was having difficulty logging on, I rang your support staff and they were most helpful.
Update required
I received the message which is common with apps. Takes you to the right page for the update to happen. Then straight back to update required. Try ringing a Suncorp Insurance person for help and you just spend your day on hold.
Missing financial history
I wish I could review my previous payment history in the app
Simple fixes would make it much better
Doesn’t reliably show all policies. When the policy does show, finding out last year’s premium so you can compare to renewal costs is more complex than it needs to be - yes, the info is there but it’s almost like Suncorp doesn’t want to make comparison easy.

In general all good, but if can add thr covered details in key points on the 2nd page that would be better

Getting renewal documents
Downloading documents seems to be forced via email, and this doesn’t work most of the time. I get an email telling me the doc is downloading, but nothing ever happens.

Easy to manage
Frozen screen disaster
I have to agree with others who have reported problems with this app that render it unusable. I have several vehicles insured as well as home insurance. Each is listed in n the app but as soon as I try to access any info the screen freezes. I have reported this both via the website and on the phone and been told to delete the app and reload it. Each time I have done this I encounter the same frozen screen disaster. Please offer another solution. This is very frustrating, time consuming and the issue remains unresolved. I might have to take my business elsewhere because I can’t conduct my business through this app.
Easy to use
Love this happen. Took me less than 5 mins to set up the app. Very easy to use.
Won’t update version
Told app needs updating, clicked see update. Taken to App Store, clicked on Open, then it just loops. Tried many times. Who’s asleep at the wheel?

Will not allow adding existing policies. Tried to add each policy with same result. Gave up and deleted the app.

I just starting using the Suncorp App and I found it very easy to navigate. A great start.

This app is just useless tried 10 times to set it up and kept getting the message that something went wrong and to try again .If you expect your customers to use it get it working first.
Poor App and Website
After a long day work needed to check my insurance last night. After logging into both the web and app none of my policies were showing. No after hours contact past 7!
Great app
It’s great to see all my insurances together, it would be great to see my health insurance policy aswell
Renewed policy not on the app
I was told after about 5 phone calls that my renewed policy would be on the Suncorp Insurance app and it still isn’t. Still saying “ call us”. I’ve called enough

Can someone contact me was told on he 30/10/24 it been cancelled but no car was risen off on the 15/7/24 why would I need a new policy
