Great App
Extremely happy with this app,quick and safe ,but have one question. With the update i now have to enter my security number, whereas before my face id was accepted. Wondering why?
Keeps signing me out
I just hate how it kicks out logged in account after a minor update. Login is complicated too.
Great App
Used to be a great one. However, in the latest updates, they removed the widget which I like the most. Another good part is it able to change the card PIN in the App. If it can activate the Offset to any account chosen by the user will be even better. Updating to respond to developer, I am still using iOS16.

Basics work, rest unreliable
The app is now practically the only way to address any issue with my account, including suspect transfers, but the chat bot functions poorly and usually can’t resolve issues, then there is a long call wait. Also you can’t have the same residential and mailing address? Now that’s a silly bug.
Widget?
When will the widget return? It disappeared after the iOS 18 update

A mobile app that comes across as a website. Lots of functions and really going somewhere, if they could do some user interface testing, could make a better app than ANZ goMoney.
New version glitchy to open
Have to open and close 3 times now to get to log on screen.
Widget removed with new iOS
I enjoy using the app but the new iOS update has removed the quick balance widget from my device and I am unable to add the app as a widget anymore for convenience of checking my money. Please fix in an update, it’s so annoying having to open the app rather than swipe left to widgets

Great app - easy to use and navigate!!
Goddamn
I’m very concerned about this app, it took me HOURS to set up with one error after another during set up and not clear instructions. It would say “cancelled “ randomly, tell me my codes are not correct then end up accepting them anyway. Not a great amount of confidence for something to help manage my finances.
The app is ok… but
I’m using the Mac app for internet banking. It’s ok, it does what it should. I don’t love the UI, I find searching for transactions clunky and unintuitive. The most annoying thing is logging in to the app every time. There is no ‘remember me’ or ‘trust this device’ option. So you need to enter in your client number every time. I’d expect to only have to enter a pin or at worst a password.
Functionality is there, but not very user friendly or easy to navigate.
Important functions hard to find (notifications, card management etc), I’d be lost without the search function. However, it does have the functionality you need. A redesign/refresh of the app would do wonders.

Face ID Login problems
Whenever I try and login with Face ID, it just keeps resetting and it takes me about 30 seconds to login each time I open the app which is VERY inconvenient when I need to transfer money quickly

It does the job, not the most intuitive app but not terrible. But the problem is after updating to the new iOS, the Bank of Melb widget has disappeared and I can’t find it to add again. Really annoying and something you would think the developers should be on top of.

Terrible bank
Worst customer service and app takes you to website which tells you to use the app and just a big loop so they don’t have to pay a human to talk to anyone.
Does not work. Can’t connect to host server.

Real time spend notifications
Please add realtime spend notifications even they are pending. This will help realise if my card has been scammed and cancel it straight away.
Old needs updating
The app is now terribly old it needs a refresh lots of glitches when pop ups happen in the app it doesn’t show you what the buttons say

Worst banking app
Very old user interface. Looks like designed in 2010. Very slow app. Doesn’t get updated.
Why can’t we paste password?
As many have said for years, the app doesn’t allow pasting passwords. The app also seems to reset login after a few weeks or updates (even if you have set up faceID), forcing you to relive the login nightmare.
Useless Chat Bot
Bank of Melbourne closed down their branch near me some time back. Instead, the app seems to be their preferred engagement method, but the virtual assistant, Mel, understands very little, and worst, clears chat history. This means that after I receive a reply from a human, i'm notified, check, and find an empty chat. I'm constantly needing to rewrite my requests and requesting emails and/or phone calls.
Possibly the worst banking app on the market
Not user friendly, unable to navigate, constant glitches, interface is ugly. Can’t set up recurring payments without an end date. Notifications consistently don’t display correctly so important information is often omitted. I will leave the bank because the app is such a nightmare.
