Best banking app!
I’ve been using Beyond Bank’s app for a while now, and I think it’s the best banking and finance app I’ve ever used so far. Thank you BB!
Useless
The app is hard to navigate and you can only do personal banking you cannot do business banking. Website is even more clunky and hard to navigate.
App look and feel
App fonts and credit card transactions display is not that user friendly as compared to other banks. It can definitely be better!
Bpay new biller # rejected!
Tried to add a new bpay biller but keeps rejecting the new bsb# Also when paying a existing biller Bpay now insists on scheduling payment tomorrow rather than immediate. Is this deliberate?

A decent banking app
I find the app intuitive and simple to use for the most part. And particularly appreciate the tax summary at the end of each year.
Okay
Mostly does the job but it’s not very flexible. You get plenty of warnings about being careful what you’re doing but the app doesn’t make things simpler. I can’t add nicknames to my accounts which makes it really difficult when I have shared accounts with others. I’m expected to remember my parents’ account numbers to make sure I’m doing transactions correctly. To do that, I have to write down their account numbers outside of the secure app! Transaction limits are clunky too. It lets you get all the way to the end of a transaction before it says your daily limit is too low. So you have to go all the way back to settings to adjust the limit, then do all the transaction steps again, then go back and reduce your limit again! Why not ask if I want to do the one-off higher transfer and use my Face ID or app PIN to confirm it’s me? Frustrating and illogical.
Issues with human verification while overseas
I am currently overseas and every action I try on my iPhone/iPad (both using app version 4.6/build 4 and iOS 18.6) that requires me to verify that I am human using cloudlfare fails - I've tried five different browsers and a variety of WiFi/mobile network connections and all I get is a blank browser screen every time (and no successful verification which means I can't actually complete the actions I want to do).

Logs Out Too Quickly
Gives to sort a time to obtain data for transfers. Highly frustrating when you are pulling swift or large supplier details and you get logged out and have to start the entire process again. Please improve this log out control. Otherwise happy with the app. Allows most actions easily.
