I’m enjoying the App , it’s very convenient to use. The one star I didn’t give them is just for the part where the App just kicks you out and sometimes you realise it kicked you out when you are on a queue and n next in line and now have to start afresh and login and keep others waiting . that part is really an inconvenience

This app is so flawed. Keep getting errors when loading sections and then the app crashes.

3 months of frequent attempts to get this app working and still no success. Basic functionality like login and password reset has never worked.

The only downfall is that the app freezes, kicks me out and keeps asking me to login. I also do not like the fact that we cannot order online and do a store pickup. I bought an item in June for Father’s Day and the packaging was town. I was deeply disappointed as it was a surprise.
App not responding
The app started being unresponsive when I tried accessing it in store. This was suddenly it’s been more than 24 hours now and still nothing it’s still blank and unresponsive. What should I do as the user?

Wish the app was faster. Response time on decisions is super frustrating. Be more like checkers app please

It's a lifesaver for a young mom like me who is shopping for her groceries, clothes and shoes, walk mates for last born toddler.
Useless
Have to change my password every single time they update this dumb app coz it NEVER remembers the latest password. Which results in me just not using the app.

Please add a chat function with drivers order was cancelled because driver couldn’t get in.
Not User Friendly
App isn’t user friendly and delivery service is below par. Lifelong Woolies shopper and it’s the only grocery delivery service I haven’t used. Why are the specials and benefits HIDDEN - why do I have to go LOOK for them? Not recommended

this app doesn’t let me link my woolworths card, every time it says “something went wrong” and I know that something cannot always go wrong.
Food great! Service not as good as Checkers.
I am a regular user of the delivery service for both. I use Woolies because I love their food, but the app is simply not as seamless as Checkers. I have also had more items left out of my order. My recommendation is to change the refund process to make it more transparent, and to improve the overall ease of use of the app, like add a “shop my regulars” like Checkers.
Needs better updates
There’s always an issue when it comes to location (its location not found) or click and collect services.

Certain things like having through credit card management, functionality, and accessibility in viewing and exporting ability for Cash management especially for high-end black car users is sincerely lacking although great efforts on the app overall

How is that I cannot access Dash delivery services, however, I live the required area?
Disappointing
The application’s search interface isn’t working. I sometimes try using the website however the dash order isn’t available. For the prices they charge consumers, this shouldn’t even be an issue. Also, the shoppers don’t respond to the chats. Why have the options if it’s not utilised? And then there’s low quality foods sent to online shoppers. I’ve been complaining about this and no solution yet. I would rate Woolies a ZERO if the option was available.
Slow and non-responsive
I’m quite surprised but the rating on this app. It’s slow, most likely web views being rendered in an app container / not native which can’t be felt by how long it takes to load, the navigation, etc. You folks are leaving large amounts of money on the table as the 60/60 and PnP apps are much better to use so I buy there instead, and I’m sure there are thousands of other users who do the same. I rather drive to the store than use this app as often because it’s so frustrating to use and has a poor UX.
Slow response
Often freezes , and sometimes delivery arrives before app is updated . Makes it difficult to gauge efficiency. Message to shopper rarely opens .

Constant tech issues
Since Dec 2025 the app has kept logging me out mid shop. It keeps resetting my location and asking me which delivery option I want. Can’t even make it to payment section. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Have tried contacting support, they said the issues were fixed but clearly not. I am done. Delete!

Poorly made up. It’s slow, glitches and it UX is not user friendly.

I find this app incredibly infuriating. I love Woolies products but WooliesDash has nothing on Checkers Sixty 60. Multiple times I have had things arrive damaged or leaked and messaged customer services only to keep being told my problem is being escalated and often nothing coming of it. I also find the app so tricky to navigate. Multiple times I’ve had messages from my shopper and then when I’ve clicked on the notification the app says ‘no messages’. Or I have received messages asking what substitution I want but then the app won’t let me respond. Love woolies products, hate the app.

Have had app on my phone for a while. On opening I tried to sign in and keep getting the following error message: ONLINE RESPONSE ERROR : : THE UNDERLYING CONNECTION WAS CLOSED: AN UNEXPECTED ERROR OCCURRED ON A RECEIVE.

Good app however when an item isn’t available my app freezes. This item can’t be delivered and when I untick save this item then continue, nothing happens. You can’t select cancel either.
