Delivery charges
To expensive. Changes all the time.
Poor show
Cancelled orders because no stock didnβt inform me, sent incorrect size, credited my wallet not my card even though it was their fault
Ma aah

Excellent
Discount codes
The discount codes donβt work as they should. My partner was buying for the first time on the app using FIRSTBUY discount code and it kept rejecting it for 2 days.

Marked down item
Just paid for Nike reflex 8 that is marked down on the display but when I made a payment it went back to the normal price. First time I experience this and Iβm not happy.
Ms
The appβs selfie is so frustrating, it is not like any other authentication selfie on other apps, whereby your selfie will be live. Your head on the box while taking a selfie, with this one you take a normal selfie then they put your already captured selfie inside the box and process it from there, it keeps on rejecting because obviously it wasnβt live when being taken. Mine got rejected until I was blocked. I couldnβt check out using payjustnow
Very easy and effective
Best online shopping platform
No free delivery
Why is no delivery option free?
Suggestion about size
Love this app so much⦠suggestion to maybe also add what size the model is wearing on the images. Really goes a long way in figuring out the size. Love the app .
Never use whilst on mobile data
Would have given a 5 star rating but not until the issue with using the app on mobile data is fixed. This app consumes a lot of data as compared to its Android version. By simple navigating across the app even for a few minutes you'll have used 100+ MB
Search and filter functionality does not work well. Items donβt show but are there under similar.
Search and filter functionality
No hassle shopping!
I highly recommend shopping at Superbalist I always find great deals on brands and the app is easy to use with exceptional after customer service. Iβve never had a problem with returns and I love the free shipping.
Unreliable
The supplier has demonstrated inconsistent performance in meeting agreed commitments.
Stock and delivery
Limited stock available and delivery takes too long. Why canβt Takealot more customers get free delivery?
Great deals
Such a great way to acquire items. Really convenient and great mark downs.
Outstanding shopping experience
I wish Superbalist could work with its partner stores to offer the full range of products available in-store. The selection on Superbalist is much more limited than what I find when I visit the physical shops, and it would make shopping so much more convenient if the complete range were available online as well.
Great products, app needs work.
Love this store. Great products available but every time I make a purchase the app crashes the second after card transaction is complete. It has an appealing design and the user interface is very efficient. Unfortunately because I browse and place purchases so often, it seems to take up a lot of memory on my phone, 500mb+. This is the biggest issue I have but it doesn't take away from the quality and variety of products which keeps me coming back.
Retire
Superbalist is the best online Fashion App.
Bad service
This is the 3rd time I order shoes and get wrong sizes. How does wish list works? Last 2 consecutive times I put the shoes on wish list with my size and I got email plus a notification that my size is back in stock I place an order but I got a wrong size. This is disappointing.
You are my best online shop
1000/100
Ignore Customer Complaints
All was well until the day they cancelled an order i had paid for and made double deduction and not respond to my emails..i am very disappointed and i want my money back
Affordable & Adorable
Fast and simple
Black lives still matter
Youβre benefiting from black culture whilst still being racist. We havenβt forgotten
Masilo
The very best online shopping in the World and service very fast and reliableππ½π
Poor work ethic
Horrible communication, slow deliveries and pathetic products as well as racist leadership Iβm done
Chane
Could you guys consider adding a feature where you can go back to shopping if you went to check out section, because you forgot something, and not loose your whole cart? It happens when I checkout, choose letβs say an option to pay, and then go back to add one more item but then it says waiting for payment.
Does not support black people
I have been a stern supporter and customer of Superbalist and they havenβt supported black lives.
