Love this App
This app is literally carrying me through varsity! 😭🙌 The student discounts and exclusive deals have helped me save so much. Definitely one of the most useful apps to have as a student.
Verify my varsity option
Doesn’t allow me to verify my varsity through either the “Launch Portal” or “Use alternative method” feature. Doesn’t send an email link even after repeat attempts (UCT)
Amazing app
Love the variety of stores
Picture
The profile picture I am supposed to upload is not working. So I can’t use the voucher/discount I want to use because of the profile picture
Sign in error
Im trying to create account keeps saying oops can’t create right now
Amazing
The discounts are everything 🥰💐, thank you varsity vibe for featuring us👊🏼
Poor Customer Service
I’ve been using varsity vibe through the 2 institutions I’ve been in and it’s been great…until today. I bought a pair of jeans at TheFix using Varsity Vibe discount and the size was too big when I got home. Went in to TheFix to exchange and everything seemed great until they told me that in order to exchange I need to redeem another code on Varsity Vibe because the price totals are different. Code was unavailable, made contact to Varsity Vibe Support and waited 1 hour in store until I had to forcefully leave the pair of jeans and take a cash refund because of the none existent customer support from varsity vibe. Their support team responded on WhatsApp after 4/5 hours and issue still hasn’t been resolved
Amazing but keeps crashing
Great app, i love it so much been using it for a while now, but I’ve been trying to download it on my iPhone and it does not want to , so now i have to use the website and not the actual app which bores me.
Best student app
Varsity vibes app is the best and is very easy to use. It ensures that you experience the best and safer online and instore shopping. Thank you varsity vibes for the amazing campus life
The best student app ever!
Honestly a game changer!
Horrific
The app AND website started malfunctioning while I was busy trying to get a code reward for a deal in the app. And I emailed Tech Support but their tech support must be AI because it constantly replies with the same thing, not any help at all. WHAT A SCAM. One star!!
Good but needs fixes
Love the discounts on the freemium version! The app keeps crashing after a while on ios 18.5 though. The category and search function could also be improved: after searching and viewing a discount, going back to search resets the category/word and you have to retype or reclick every single time.
App excellent
Great app for students and the deals available are amazing🥳
Removing deals before the expiry deadline
I was really disappointed when they removed the nu metro deal out of nowhere, a day before i was going to book movie tickets which said the deal would expire the end of June! Really disappointing to just remove something like this, do better.

Every time I try to upload my picture on my profile the app just closes. I tried to take a picture on the spot and upload but it still shuts down.
