Love the Product
I’ve been using admyt for couple of months and I love it. It has made life easier for myself and family. I’ll recommend it to anyone.
Pay more for less
R1 more for every parking event with a system that has a 57% reliability in my one month of having the app. Booms will not open and you will frustrate drivers behind you.

I’m very happy with the app, it makes my life easier without the having to pay for parking at the mall pay stations. I’ve had a minor problem with a payment and it was sorted out very quickly. Happy customer 😁
Unable to update simple payments - nothing works
Useless app, malfunctions at booms, cannot process payments while you’re in the parking / session has commenced. You’re better off just taking a ticket!
Works at least
It works but app crashes a lot and not having Apple Pay integration is not convenient. Please add that feature. Haven’t used it enough to tell if booms don’t open but after using it once, it worked.
Cannot live without it
This has really changed my life and I cannot imagine having to look after a parking ticket again.
Faulty ANPR Cameras
I receive regular notifications that I have parked in the V&A Waterfront when I am nowhere near the area. I then have to contact Admyt and wait for cancellation of the parking session. All I ever get are standard email apologies and acknowledgments that the cameras are faulty but nothing ever gets done about the problem. This app is more trouble than it is worth.
Excellent app!
I love admyt as I never have to waste time standing in a Q to pay for parking and love being able to just drive in and out. I had an issue with an incorrect charge which was very quickly and efficiently sorted out! I would have given 5 stars but there are occasions where the boom doesn’t open but that isn’t often.
Good idea poorly executed
I signed on about 6 weeks ago and have not needed to use a parking garage covered by Admyt. However, every weekend I get a notification from another part of the country where someone else’s vehicle has been allocated to my account.!!
Annoyed
Free parking provided by Checkers at Woodlands mall in Pretoria cannot be taken advantage off. Otherwise the App works fine. Thanks for the response that there is a QR Code inside Checkers to scan. Never seen that displayed. Will see if I can find it.
Best thing ever!
Yes the booms can be slow to open. But I’d rather wait those 5 seconds than standing in long cues in the busy malls of JHB and worrying about misplacing my ticket which has happened far too often! The most convenient thing ever.
Charging inappropriately
Even if you choose to take a ticket (eg someone else driving your car who doesn’t or can’t have the app due to phone space), it still charges you. Seems obvious that a ticket should override an admyt charge. Poor app development. Ironic because it is marketed as seamless and helpful :’D
Admyt is Great
It's been very convenient using Admyt. The only issue I've had was when I was leaving a parking area, the car infront of me was struggling with the ticket machine then I guess Admyt scanned my registration number which opened the boom for the car infront of me, and locked me inside.

Does not accept any wallet type ; 3 card types tried. Still waiting for the “up to 30 minutes to process” which is over 24 hours later. Great concept but adding money truly sucs.

Doesn’t always work
Not a smooth process at all , we were stuck at the gate exiting the mall , parking agent had to use her pass to open.. created a long traffic jam behind me

Just wanted to hop on here and say thank you. This app and what you guys have built is awesome. The update with the live activities and seeing how long I’ve been parked without needing to go into the app is amazing. Little to no issues with the app and entering parking spaces that have Admyt integrated. Well done team 👏🏾
Great idea, horrible execution
Hopefully other companies can come in and provide this service more reliably. Not worth the hassle in its present form.

I have been using Admyt for years and am delighted with the system. I has certainly improved my parking experience and saved so much time. Seamless entry and exit - the way to go!
So bad!!!
Such a horrible app! Every single time I use the app it has a problem scanning my number plate. Because of this problem it leaves me stranded with no parking ticket and the cameras no scanning my plate. UPDATE: Gave it a second chance…horrible decision. It kept on getting worse. Deleted.
Great support
Use the app both personally and for parking at work. The primary reason for the five star rating is the quality of the support. Had an issue with a parking session and had a response and solution within just over an hour.
Still so many boom failures
Product that needs 99.9% success but has around 90-%. Just make it work and more tenants will register. Parket been much better.
