Convenient With A Personal Touch
The biggest draw card for me is that you can shop multiple stores on the app, in one cart. And the personal shoppers will be in direct contact with you if they need to swap out a product for whatever reason. They supply alternatives and photos when needed. Love the concept!

Slow. bad comms
The app is generally slow and not slick to use. Perhaps the devs could simplify the UI so that it’s not as clunky. Secondly when I leave the app, I don’t get messages to my home screen to say what the Personal Shopper is experiencing. Really bad user experience. Also there is no way to message the driver to provide updates to them in case of change. Good app and good service from drivers etc. execution needs to be improved though cause this app could save time for a whole lot more people

Can’t use app
The app is telling me to update, the app store isn’t giving and option to update and still gives the update screen after uninstalling and reinstalling app - can’t use the app due to this.
Extremely good service
I have bought multiple times food items from that application. I find their service extremely good and fast. I bought from one mall at a time. I highly recommend it to anyone. Very happy with their service and no complain at all. Best, Tassos
Weird
My app worked and service was excellent, once updated nothing as if the app has frozen and now i cant use it anymore ( no delivery slots available in your area) but says it all the time regardless of time of day ,, frustrating
One cart for the win
Glad to have this app during the lockdown-shoppers stick to the budget and communicate well for someone doing someone else’s shopping. Please could you fix the bug for select substitute- keeps bombing out.
Delayed Refund
It’s been a month now.I’ve been waiting for my refund but nah,nothing. Their service is fine but due to my delayed refund,I give them a thumbs down.
Coupons are a bit misleading
I have used this app as my go to for some months now and even when I have won a coupon it’s touch and go in the app some are processed successful and others not ? Would be better if all coupons are managed in the app.

When I couldn’t load my coupon on the app I called customer support and got great help. My order was quickly done and delivered and the shopper was friendly😃All in all a great first time experience and will use again. Thank you.
Late delivery nightmare!!!
I ordered something that I need for my daughter’s birthday tomorrow. According to this was supposed to be delivered today. I just a call that I will get this tomorrow morning. This means that I just wasted my money because I won’t use what I ordered because tomorrow will be too late.
Horrible service
The more I use the app the more I’m getting frustrated!!! I booked delivery for 2h00 and they delivered @11h40. Why do we have options to place order for different time slots if they don’t adhere to them? App coupons also don’t work! You go back and when you come back the coupon doesn’t apply!
Very convenient but…
I really appreciate this app and the ability to shop from different stores. However, using the app can be frustrating when searching for a product I know the store has it doesn’t list it. Also it shuts down or cuts out in the middle of my shop. Very frustrating when I’m trying to get it done quickly! Please fix these bugs!

Incorrect data
It’s ridiculous, I’ve downloaded. This app multiples times in the last 2 years and my suburb isn’t listed, the next 2 suburbs over, are! It keeps saying there are no nearby malls! There are 5 in a 3km radius! So inaccurate! And inconvenient!!!!
It was good in the beginning
The service is fast but is more expensive than to buy directly to the store that is fine because they can bring you the same day of your order. What I don’t like and that is why I’m not using more is, when you have a credit (normally you have it because not all the products’r in stock and they charge you before to get it) they don’t return you directly to your credit card (in the same payment), If you want to money back you have to put your bank account (South Africa). In the beginning wasn’t like that, the money goes to previews payment, I feel like i always I need to use Onecart to get my money back but the true is, I’ll never will get my money back if I decided to don’t use anymore. I’m tourists and I use my credit card from my country.

The new app is a fail for me
The shopping regions have changed so now I don’t get FitChef because I fall in a Clicks region instead of a Dischem region, there are still spelling mistakes in the product descriptions and the cart product counter is still inaccurate after a couple of upgrades after launching the new app. And STILL no eBucks earn or spend. The functionality was better on the old app. Its back to Woolworths online shopping for me because delivery is cheaper and OneCart doesn’t offer me anything extra anymore :(
Fantastic app and wonderful service
We are in a national lockdown due to Covid-19. I placed my order for Pick n Pay on OneCart, which in itself was very easy to do. My personal shopper, Eugene, messaged me on WhatsApp, to inform me of items out of stock AND suggested alternatives. The order arrived on the day they promised, albeit a few hours later than planned, which is totally understandable in the current set of circumstances. I am a very happy shopper and highly recommend this option to get your shopping delivered to your home.
No refund given
I attempted to make a purchase on the app where it failed and provided a refund. But the second time I tried to do it, the payment failed but no refund was given. I tried to contact the team within the app and everytime I tried sending it through, it would always fail. Not very well designed and not I lost my money.

There is always something going wrong. Bags break and stuff break. Bread is squashed. Give you garlic when you ask for ginger.
Poor service and no delivery
There is always a problem with delivering your order. Either late or not delivered at all. Then they have the nerve to refuse to refund and say you were uncontactable. They accept orders and have you wait for over an hour only to tell you they don’t have drivers, out of stock, or shopper encountered technical issues. This app is so useless and a huge inconvenience!!!!

This is a SCAM guys don’t use this app, I regret it daily they never refunded me and their customer service is very poor 👎🏾
