General Service
Thank you Sasol Jorissen You guys are a blessing I love you all Happy le Harmon my 2 besties
Terrible app - rather add Apple Wallet functionality
This is a terrible app. As soon as you try to enter the app, it wants to login which times out. I don’t carry a wallet. Rather add Apple Wallet functionality
Perfect
First day user learned alot
App is easy to use but takes up too much internal storage
Why does the app need to take up over 110gb of internal storage. Developers need to review the content displayed on the app and make it smaller because there is no need for this to make my entire phone slow and full.
Customer

Can’t register for rewards app
Good day I have been trying for 8 days to register and get a verification code mailed to me.🤷🏻♀️
Seamless First-Time Experience
Downloaded this right at the pump on my first Sasol visit — account was up and running in under a minute. The digital card worked instantly, no fuss. Love the self-service feel. Exactly what a fuel rewards app should be.
Best
It’s the best app ever has value for money, so far is the best app and has great rewards better than the counterparts. Just wish you could allow to redeem any amount of the vouchers unlike having fixed vouchers.
Poor rewards app service
The sasol reward center is very poor.

How do you close a query with no feedback or correction, what is the point of the service if you do not resolve issues.
The Sasol App
Easy to use rewards is gr8. Can also review the service received at stations
More Partners
Can you please give us more partners to work with, you giving us flowers and food vouchers, some of us don’t want these things, please consider betting vouchers like Betway and Hollywood.

Sasol rewards app
Consultants assisting with the details amendment are not doing what they are supposed to be doing.
App
This app is great and convenient
App issued new number
I stepped through the procedure hoping to get the app as well as keeping my physical card. The app actually informed that I need to sign up even if I already had a number, it reminded me that it would get my card details, carried on, and even after I entered my ID number, simply did not look up my rewards number and issued a new one.NOW I WANT ALL POINTS ALREADY EARNED AND A PHYSICAL CARD TO REPLACE THE ONE I HAVE. I DO NOT WANT 2 !
Super Sasol
Sasol is the best
Millie
I got to go enjoy spending my rewards at Debonairs’ after a long day at work. 🥰
