Zero options for clothing
Every time I see an advertisement on G-star there is something really interesting, I go to look and see if it is in the app and it doesn’t exist, or it’s in a another country, this clothing company blows.

Decent app but when looking for code it’s greyed out so you could quite easily miss putting in your discount code.
App update disaster
The recent app update totally broke the user experience I valued. While it's faster, interactions feel less refined, and it's been buggy lately. I'm wondering if the quality of the clothing is falling from the stars, too?

Tall thin guy reviewing. In a nutshell: super quality clothing; great fit; fast shipping. Slim fit for work and skinny fit for everything else. Regular fit a little too loose for me but ok for winter when layering. Still have my first pair of 3301 jeans from 12 years ago. My wardrobe is GStar, Nordstrom and P448 for shoes. Enjoy!
Tech support sucks
I got a new phone. My login information did not work to log into the app, only for the website. It took a while to get a real person and all they told me was to use the website instead of the app because the experience is much better and then ended the chat. So lame.
Size chart
Sometimes the size chart don’t coincide with the product like socks it shows waist and length
Coupons are just worthless
I tried to apply a coupon that they offered and it doesn’t work any it has 3 more days to expire. For the quality i have to wait

Worst App Ever
Not only is it super slow, but checkout takes forever if you can even get there. The app has a bug, which marks everything in your cart as out of stock. I can’t believe app development can be this bad in this age.

I love this brand and style. I wish they would add American heights and weights to the site as a choice. I get that most of their consumers use the metic system. But, sometimes I just don’t order an item because I’m too tired to ask Siri to convert it again to figure out my size. Americans…
App issues
The app could actually be better. Sometimes you click on an item and the size doesn’t come up so you add things to your cart that are the same size over and over again and you have to remove it in your cart and that’s really annoying. You have to actually go back and click on the item again and start over to get rid of that little glitch.

Lost all my purchase history
App had been working fine. After a recent update all my purchase history is now gone. When I login to mobile web it is there. On the app says I’ve no history. Tried to contact support to no avail. Get the app fixed please!!

My favorite brand
I love G-Star for their unique designs and high quality clothing. The app makes it easy to browse and shop. I love that I can mark items that I like to revisit later. They also offer several sales and discounts to app users. My only small complaint would be for more consistency in sizing…but that is an issue with all clothing brands. Overall very pleased with the app and the company.
Glitches galore!
App is literally trash. Just spins and spins when I try to check out. No error message. Customer support contacted and advised using website from a computer lololololol never a good sign!

I tried to place an order for 10 items for about 15 minutes. By the time I actually paid, 4 of the items were marked as sold out. The ones I wanted the most. Annoying to no end. I may just cancel it at this point.

De exclusieve collectie is echt te cool, heel gaaf, beetje duur maar dan heb je ook wel een eye cather aan. Wat ik wel fijn zou vinden om er een levend mens in te zien bewegen met de maten erbij. Dat is nu maar een beetje een gok.

Order Cancelled Multiple Times
Stock items show available. I proceed with payment thereafter payment is reversed because stock items are actually not in stock. Shortly after reversed payment I get a notification from G-Star confirming order has been cancelled apologies…. stock items that show avaliable that I was able to pay for are actually not in stock. Happened multiple times… sort out your stupid app.

Issue with performance on app
Hi You have a sale, which means you will have volumes of transactions through the app. The apps performance is not great. If I was not desperate to get a few things, I would have dropped out. Please contact me and I will let you know what the issue was/is.
Prices are not accurate
It gives you first price, then adds the delivery which most websites don’t charge once you’ve ordered a certain amount and then it charges you an extra 3or 4 dollars when you use your credit card.

This is my third time ordering this same jacket with morning because the websites says it’s low stock. I order it and it cancels the order back to back. But when I used the mobile app it worked

Issues with payment when you finish shopping. App freezes. Also when selecting products to purchase they should be removed from what is available to buy for others. Disappointing to come to the check out stage to find items sold already.
