Rubbish service they took more than 3 days to process my order as I am writing this review I am still trying to sort out that issue, some else bought something after me and they already received their order, don’t bother buying from them look for other online stores I am sure they are much better than myrunway

Too Long to Think…
I LOVE my runway, but when you know what you want and spend 90% of your time waiting for the app to think, it is just irritating and I get bored and move on. I would have purchased WAY more stuff, but with the app taking so long, I just don’t have the patience to wait it out especially when I know what I am there for. Perhaps you should have the option where it thinks for those who want it, and for those that don’t just go straight in and LET us navigate instead of making AI do everything! Besides, my picks have NEVER been accurate! I’m Too unpredictable!

The app afford you access to great deals, but the delays in the returns and delivery processes somewhat dull the experience. Plus, my last attempt at placing an order resulted in money being deducted from my account, but the order having been unsuccessful. Disappointing.
Moving Top Buttons
I’m a first time user of the app and instantly I noticed that something that would elevate the user experience on the app would be if the top buttons like the back button, sort and filter buttons would move with you as you scroll or be available to click on when you scroll down a little. Instead of having to scroll or jump all the way to the top to use them.

I’m terribly disappointed at how my refund is being processed, I have not received my refund in weeks. This has made me alarmed and afraid to ever purchase from this app again. I’ve since deleted the app and keep hoping that I’ll receive my refund. How disappointing.

I got scammed of my money!
This was my very first order on MyRunway, and it’s been a complete NIGHTMARE. I got zero updates about my order the entire time. When I returned two items, I waited all day for collection, only for the courier to show up at 7 pm. They picked up the parcel, and the next day I get an SMS saying it wasn’t even fetched. I’ve sent countless messages and emails which were all IGNORED. I have no clue if I’ll ever get my refund. This is absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. It’s shady, unprofessional, and feels like a literal SCAM. Please save your money and avoid MyRunway completely.

I made an order, placed. I saw a few more items and I wanted to amend the order, however they couldn’t amend my order - I feel that they could have put in more effort to help, but non the less I am very happy.

Very Disappointed With My Purchase
I bought a Burberry perfume from MyRunway for R986 and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality. The scent is weak, fades within minutes, and feels nothing like a genuine Burberry fragrance. Honestly, even a cheap R60 perfume or aerosol performs better. When I tried to return it, my request was rejected, which makes this experience even worse. I expected better quality and customer service for the price I paid. This has completely put me off buying fragrances from MyRunway again.

I genuinely love this app the pricing and variety is top notch, but the restocking is starting take the piss now, I mean if you want us to keep on buying STOCK UP!! I mean Items have been in the store for like months stuck at one size? I mean like can’t you get in new sizes? Is it that difficult? Other than that it’s top notch.
