It’s a decent app but not intuitive. There’s no notification when something is out of stock & no reason why a refund was done. Intuitiveness & response needs improvement
Deliver D is just nor working, even after updating
I love online shopping but the Dischem app can be purely frustrating. There are two many extra charges for the 60min delivery option and now that functionality on my app just doesn’t work at all. Some days are cant get to the store, so this is just mega frustrating. Any help here would be appreciated.
Tips for the app
It’s quite difficult to navigate, when you search to order the entire menu disappears. I would appreciate if there were a button on the “more” that allows you to see all the orders you’ve placed including the very recent one if you’ve preferred because sometimes you don’t even get a confirmation that you’ve ordered anything only a link to track hours later.
Dischem App
This was really poorly designed. I actually cannot believe the level of competence Dischem is at as a whole at the moment. This is a true reflection of using app designers who haven’t a clue of how to code properly. Trying to purchase anything online is as frustrating as going into a Dischem. Poor experience overall.
Helpful app
I really like the app. Just to let you guys know, that when you go to “view bonus cards” and it does not find any, there is no “back button”. You physically have to cous the app and open it up again.

It doesn’t function as it doesn’t allow you to select stores - thus useless!

Haven’t been able to use this app ever. I sign in with email and password, then get asked to create a new account, then told account already exists. Just a signing in loop
Good delivery service
No issues with delivering my meds, but the tracking feature needs to be fixed & updated. The app is also archaic in appearance.

This app makes simpler things difficult for no reason, at first I thought it was my device, tried it on other devices but still the same thing, why is it so hard to just reset my password?

The App was ok-ish to use for a while but now I can’t log in anymore. Login screen goes to delivery tracking and password reset requests never arrive.
