Extremely slow
Really useful app, the only issue is the speed. It’s extremely slow to load pages, products, cart. Quite frustrating.
Please add Apple Wallet functionality
App is okay, but having to log into an app when you don’t use a physical wallet, is not great. Please consider adding Apple Wallet functionality
Best and reliable however
I’ve been using the app 2 years now and I love it for my monthly essentials. When I view my cart it doesn’t show amounts of the products, checkout total and now I can’t purchase anything. I tried uninstalling it and updating but nothing works
Bad Service
Disappointed in the online service as money was deducted from my account and no products delivered. More than a week and still no answers.

Updated app does not work
Since you updated the app I cannot log in. I have updated my password and it works online but on the app it keeps having an error. I have not been able to use my card in two weeks as I only have it on the app. Very disappointing and frustrating

Unable to Access after App Update
Since the update I am unable to log into my account! Infuriating as it keeps telling me to change my password, done this multiple times without success. Cannot get through to the call centre for assistance either.
Can use some improvement
The app can be very slow with lots of glitches… and the payment option via credit/debit card doesn’t seem to work.
Feature Improvements
It would be nice for the app to to recommend products that are relevant to your gender. It’s overwhelming to always be met with feminine products whilst you aren’t even interested in them.

Your app is frustratingly, ridiculously dumb! Continuously logging me out. Continuously having to change passwords! I changed my password it still won’t log me back into the app. I can’t use my club card because I use it virtually. This is why I shop at dischem. It is 2026 why is your app so far behind digitally!?!? Before I shop I check specials I can’t even check because it won’t let me log in nor does it show me online. If you wondered why you’re loosing money, THIS IS WHY! Dischem is far better. We are in a tech age and your app is like this? Honestly do better. You’re a huge brand in South Africa that can’t even set up an app properly? Wow. I used to shop at clicks weekly, on the app as well but for the past 3 months it’s been exclusively Dischem because I can actually get rewards, their app doesn’t log me out!! I cannot access my clicks card at all so what’s the point. DO BETTER CLICKS!
Frustrating app
Keeps freezing when completing a search or clicking on a link from my web browser. Search function often shows items which are in the wrong category. Takes long to load too.
No more need for plastic!!!
It’s great not to have to carry my plastic loyalty card anymore. It’s great to have my loyalty benefits up to date and at my finger tips. Also nice to be able to shop online and even get a prescription filled for collection!

Since the latest update, the app is no longer working. You can’t even search for products anymore
APP IS SLOW!!!
The app isn’t as fast as one would like. It takes a while for a product to upload if you’re adding it on the cart, and does the same if you’re trying to remove said product. App experience could be better.
