Impossible to contact
Trying to get broadband set up. I needed to change the date but all chat options rely on an account number, which I don’t have yet as not set up. Also don’t have a PIN. BOTS just take you round and round and round in circles for hours cutting you off. Eventually found a human who was angry and insisted I had the info, and eventually I was proved right. Jeez I’ve thought other companies were bad, they pale into insignificance with vodaphones bot-based people blockers…..

When in need it doesn’t work like now i have re downloaded it still not working it stuck after login page
Have to login every time
Every time I seem to use the Vodafone app, it tells me I haven’t used it in a while. It then proceeds to require a full login, agreement to terms, cookies etc. The actual app is fine but the logins are annoying.

The app was working fine, now all of a sudden I can’t log in, can’t view my plan and I can’t view my bill.
Stressful and slow
I don’t know why I stay with Vodafone - the tech (online apps etc) is so glitchy, the customer service is really difficult to access and yet prices keep going up and up. I’d like a service that just works seamlessly.

I was sold the dream of full fibre broadband and amazing service! What a load of rubbish, constantly crashes, buffers and won’t connect to my car charger!

I’ve been with Vodafone for over 15 years and find their services the best. However… Whenever I try to view breakdowns of my plans or bills on the app, it always says “sorry something went wrong, we’re experiencing technical issues” but it’s every time I go on the app, meaning I have to access it through the browser. Whats the point in an app if you can’t do everything you need to do? I did give it time, but this has been an ongoing issues for months! Might as well delete the app and just use the browser…

Consistently takes you to menu dead ends or web pages that are useless. The chatbot is about as smart as a rock
what a load of rubbish
dont even bother downloading it, it always comes up with "can not get your account inforamtion try again later" every single time even with the strongest signal. no point eben trying to track your useage!!!!!!!
