App is fine
Mostly reviews are about data plans and Lyca services. I think does the job it supposed to do.

Definitely improvement over old app
Should display usage summary.. overall good app.
Can’t get access
Been trying to get into this app to view my account for a couple of weeks and it never opens
Good value, simple, straightforward
… but the app is soooooo slooooow to load. Just a bit frustrating. Phone screen goes black whilst waiting for a response
Works well
No issues good app
Horrendous
Truly terrible service I had a Lyca sim in a phone that broke so I wasn’t able to use it and had to keep paying a year for it, received no help to transfer. Then at the end of the contract they took £72 from me charging me twice for a month and a cancellation fee even though I had to pay for the entire contract. I feel like I’m being stolen from it’s incredibly stressful I wouldn’t receive mend this app to anyone who doesn’t want to be money trapped.
Good
Very good service
Competitive price
Good
Not happy
I logged on and in my mind I added a data plan to my existing sim, the money was charged but no plan activated! 2 days later I receive a new sim through the post. Very very dissatisfied as I’ve been with Lyca over 4 years! No refund offered
Have to delete and reinstall
Almost everytime lately, have to delete app and reinstall to make it work and even then won’t always work. Just freezes on front screen. Didn’t have an issue up until last couple of weeks

Bad app
I use larger font text on my phone, this app does not resize the text, all words are cut off half way, there is no way to read. Very bad implemented.
100% GREAT
Great
I can’t even log in
Won’t let me log in so useless. I tried different numbers different emails absolutely nothing works
Reasonable costs
Pretty happy with Lyca Mobile, miles cheaper than Sky
Really bad!
Taken the money but the eSIM isn’t connected to the phone and I can’t get into the app!
Functional & Easy
Easy to use!
Poor reception
Where I am in Kent, it’s 1-2 bars max. Poor customer service….
Great service
So easy to use, great service and never had any problems
Terrible
Good grief what a terrible app, it’s so confusing, it looks like I’ve got two subscriptions but it’s only one, and try calling their support and you’ll need mental health support

Terrible customer service
Would never recommend purchasing a sim from them. I bought a bundle, auto renewal was activated despite it appearing as though it wasn’t. Tried to cancel the new bundle but got no responses to messages or late responses and even the call centre was AI generated (very odd to think you’re not speaking to a real person!). They wouldn’t cancel the bundle and despite telling them I’m on holiday and needed to use my phone they wouldn’t honor a refund as some of the data was used (this was after spending 4 days avoiding using any data in order to get a cancellation and refund of the new bundle). Shameful company.
Plan upgraded
Thanks you Nithin Malladi for upgrading my 10 pound plan unlimited
Scammers
They won’t cancel your contract and keep charging you even after you move your SIM card , stay away from them . Terrible company
