Great mobile service
I have been on Lebara for nearly 3 years and used it in the UK, Spain & France all on the same plan with no add ons required to use in all 3 countries. It was only in NZ (for 5 weeks) that I had to pay about £5 for some data. The signal in the UK is mostly Vodaphone which is ok (not brilliant), but most UK plans do not give you great data everywhere.
Canada roaming
I am in a very remote part of Canada. I bought 15 day roaming. I set to auto renew. Payment history shows data roaming in July but nothing in August. I have been having an absolute nightmare trying to contact my uk bank. Incandescent

Why spoil it
They ruined a very good app, it was a big facelift they did but no longer working with Face ID or password. Just why bother when it worked fine before.

A great budget option
Uses the Vodaphone network, so good coverage. Can manage multiple sims through the app. E-sims are available now too. Contacting cust services through the app is a breeze. Changing plans through the app is also very easy. The recent update to the app has made a good thing even better.

Waste of time I’m abroad not being allowed to use my inclusive minutes having to buy roaming when my 100gn remains untouched
Automatisk fornyelse
Når pakken udløber midt på måneden, ønsker jeg, at fornyelsen sker manuelt fra min side. Ved månedens start er automatisk fornyelse ikke noget problem.
Customer service is terrible
When the phone is installed it works great, but if there’s any problems, that’s another matter I am overseas & was willing to pay extra for add-on, so I could take calls & texts. But this would not work. The helpline messages are automated, so I ask to speak to a person. After half hour of thinking I’m speaking to person, who is refusing to understand, the message says it will transfer me over to a person. I thought I was speaking to a person!! Start chatting, think I’m getting somewhere and then the reply chat box disappears. So I cannot reply. The person asks if I’m still there? Yes but I can’t reply And then says as there’s no reply, this conversation is ended. When things work it is easy to give a good review. But when they do not, this is the real test of any company

After several calls to lebara help centre data roaming in latvia is not working. Customer support fails to sort the problem. No support out of business hours.

Super billigt abonnement'er/tager altid pakker samt datapakker Rigtig søde og hurtig til at hjælpe. nemt at bruge og det fungere bare Og fornyes automatisk måned efter måned. Rigtig god dækning. Savner dog en pakke med fri data, tale og SMS.

Broken promises
Being with Lebara had been going well… untill….. I was made to feel at fault over a promotion they said didn’t exist and I wasn’t entitled to. This made me feel as if I was trying I try on. I complained to Lebara who initially apologised and would look into compensation for the way I was treated by their operative. Weeks have passed and despite me chasing it up they say the matter is closed and they are ignoring my emails. I have now contacted the Ombudsman for a resolution
Excellent
I recommend Lebara to anyone, app is so easy to use. Great to use abroad with free roaming in many EU countries and good prices in countries such as US and very easy to purchase through the app. Network is also much better than O2 for me reception wise and quite a bit cheaper.
Roaming data rip off
Why when I replenish my roaming data for 8 days in the evening do I only get 7 days and one hour? It is not fair other companies charge by the hour not the day.

Sinds de update 13 aug is het data tegoed niet of bijna niet meer lezen vanwege contrast kleuren. Het zou fijn zijn als dit weer aangepast kan worden.

Best signal almost everywhere and exceptional value. Used in USA for 3 weeks. Superb coverage.
Charging for spam incoming calls when roaming
Was happy with my Lebara at home, but finding that I was being charged when spam calls and texts came in whilst travelling, something which I have no control over is very annoying. Will be changing provider on return home.
Gut aber Widgets fehlen
Ist ganz OK. Wechsel lief zuverlässig und schnell. Aber ich hätte gerne ein Widget.
Get you company in order
I received a message in the lebara app offering a 50% discount on my existing sim I was unable to use this and after calling lebara they requested I take a screenshot and send it to them as they cannot see what they have sent me. An Unbelievably poor system. There solution is for me to call every month go through the same process to receive the discount each month Extremely poor response for this situation.

I’m trying to buy more data while on holiday in France and I’ve had to pay via PayPal to top up why can’t I add more date easily and just pay via my normal direct debit, I’m also not sure if it’s working correctly.

Asked to verify with the app err whilst using the app? Bloody ridiculous. How can such a glaring error - for payment no less, still exist and not be flagged up. Ended up confirming via text code. Fix it for a proper UX. Account didn’t have enough cash so transfered ASSUMING you d simply re try a few times. But no… that would be to east. Tried to log in with iPad. Password wrong and could not access PayPal to pay put i could not enter phone or email. Had to add new card via phone. Next time payment doesn’t go through send an automated message saying you’ll try again in 3/6 24 hours whatever. Not enough funds in account is usually the problem.

It's not easy to log in or to change montly plds using Voice Over. It used to work quite well. I may have to change providers.

Not able log in through iOS App
Have been trying to log into my Lebara Account through iOS app. But it's saying "Invalid email or password " even though I entered corrected one. My device's iOS version is 17.6.1 Please any help from developer will helpful for me.

Downgrading or cancelling 12 month plan
It’s impossible to find our online or via the app how to downgrade back to 30 day sim only . I’ve tried all ways and searched . I’ve tried choosing switching to 30 days and it says I’m not allowed to. The service is less than good in two locations I am often and my signal struggles . I want to move to another network !
Request to add the iOS widget again
Please add the widget functionality again, really appreciated the convenience of being able to see my data usage without opening the app.

Issue with bundle change option
There is an issue with bundle change option. When I click button it asks for credentials. And takes me to button again and if I click button after providing credentials, still it asks for credentials again.
