the only way for us to use this stupid service is the app and now you charge the consumer a platform fee in order to use this service like we’re not already forced to pay for parking. push this onto the companies that use your service not to the consumers who don’t have another choice

Every bank flags as fraud
Opens a new mobile browser tab to make a reservation, not immediately clear how to search for events when looking for event parking. Opens more browser tabs. Most delightfully, I couldn’t get a reservation to go through due to an “internal server error” several times until I noticed my bank had texted me with fraud alerts. Even after texting back “Yes,” I authorized this, I kept getting the same error. I tried another credit card with a different bank, which was also flagged for fraud. Thankfully after authorizing that my card was unlocked and I could reserve a parking spot, but how shady is this app and their third party merchant that it flags as fraudulent six ways to Sunday?
Processing fee is never waived
I paid the subscription and still had to pay processing fees. IPhone device

Scammer App
I was using the app to extend the hour of parking. When it extended the hour, it default to start next day? I was walking and never think twice of an app extended hour of parking to start next day and it’s a street parking! Contacted customer service with no help. What a scammer app with no support
Almost good
I don’t know why but whenever I selected the hours for parking when i’m about to pay it always adjust the time to 24hrs. Today, i was running late and did not double check it and I end up paying for 24hrs instead of just 11 hrs. I think it’s a little sort of money grab that they automatically adjust the time just before paying.
Convenient but no refunds or changes to parking sessions
If you make a mistake you can’t fix it. They won’t refund you or modify your session AT ALL, unless the app duplicated a charge. Not user friendly, I had an existing account and it forced me to make a new one anyways.
Live activity illegible
Please fix the live activity not legible (poor contrast between text and background) when lock screen is on (as opposed to when it’s in standby mode)
A Great App
This app has been so handy to have!! We have used it at a few beaches we frequent in Delaware, and also used it in Florida and New Hampshire while on vacation. It is easy to set up. When in the app, it is easy to find a parking box to connect to. You aren’t fumbling with change or having to have a credit card on you. It is convenient to extend your parking time using your cell phone without having to leave and refresh a meter. I love it!!
Forced to download
There is no other option for parking in this area but the website refuses to allow my transaction to go through. Really annoying that I am forced to download the app and save all my personal information in order to avoid getting a ticket.
Time extension
Only issue I had is that I paid for a day and wanted to extend an hour or two. Only option was to extend for a week.
Good app, annoying banner ads
I don’t mind the app as it’s as good as the many other parking options but when I allow notifications, which is useful for parking, it send me annoying ads.
Update
Looking forward to the update the app reset on me on Thursday July 11th 2025 in the process of trying to extend a parking session while with my daughter in the hospital emergency room and when it reopened and I finished the transaction I realized it had reset my default vehicle and had to pay for parking twice so I wouldn’t get a ticket!!! The ability to switch vehicles during a parking session would also be a great update !!!

Poor Disclosure and Frustrating Customer Service
Very disappointing experience with ParkMobile for Business. I switched to a business profile on August 18 and was not aware that doing so would result in a recurring paid membership charge. I only discovered the approximately $54 charge on September 1 and contacted ParkMobile that same morning at 6:55 AM requesting immediate cancellation. Despite contacting them right away and not using the membership benefits, customer service repeatedly refused to issue a refund and kept referring to a “no refund” policy and saying I should have contacted them before the 1st of the month. My concern is that I was not clearly aware of the recurring paid charge before it was assessed. I repeatedly asked ParkMobile to provide the exact enrollment screen showing where the price, recurring billing terms, and cancellation deadline were disclosed to me, along with proof of my affirmative consent. Instead of addressing that directly, I was repeatedly told there are no refunds. I eventually had to request escalation to a supervisor. A company handling automatic recurring charges should make pricing and billing terms extremely clear before enrollment and should take immediate cancellation requests seriously. This has been an unnecessarily frustrating experience, and I would not recommend ParkMobile for Business based on how this was handled.
Funktioniert nicht
Leider funktioniert die Parkmobile App bei mir überhaupt nicht. Der Registrierungsprozess scheitert bereits daran, dass kein funktionierender Code zugesendet wird. Mehrere Versuche blieben erfolglos, sodass eine Nutzung der App gar nicht erst möglich ist. Sehr frustrierend, da man auf eine zuverlässige Parklösung angewiesen ist. In diesem Zustand leider nicht zu empfehlen.
Easy Peasy
I like this app way better than the pay-by-phone app. This always tarcks my location and makes parking way easier.
Connects previous license plates without notifying
After downloading the app for the first time, it found an old license plate and then connected to the current session. I had to paid for a new session since you cannot edit after paying for session. Sneaky way to make more money.
Nothing special and with a issue
The app is just a regular parking app. Yes it does responds well. It is simple to use, yes. However, the inability to add 1 more hour to the parking rate really pains me. The only alternative it to pay for a full overnight fee, which is way more expensive that the day fee. So if you have to stay longer at work, or you are running late, you can’t add more hours and are subjected to receiving a parking ticket. Way do go. Terrible customer care.

Parking Fees Overcharged
The clock never seems to accurately update when selecting the time. Would be great to have the hours option then the day rate option. I always seem to get over charged when trying to get the day rate. Using the machine is more reliable but only when it’s actually functional
