Wanting for better support when app malfunctions
When app malfunctions, little to no ownership is taken by Passport. Limited support/coordination with local parking authorities, even for simple issues, makes for a frustrating experience, especially given that this has become a more popular payment option.

I have data but not WiFi. The app says I’m not connected to the internet but I am since I’m posting this review.
Good not great (PLZ ADD PREPAY OPTION)!!!!
The app isn’t bad, decent functionality, although it has the occasional glitch (you just need to restart app so no big deal.) However, the one thing that is SO annoying is that you cannot pay for parking until the exact time that parking is being charged for. E.g. I go to pilates class and it starts at 8am, coincidentally, the parking only starts being paid at 8am as well. I cannot prepay for my parking at 7:50 (when I’m walking into class) and have to wait until exactly 8am to pay. This is very inconvenient and I even forgot to pay for parking before my class this morning and just barely missed getting a parking ticket. Please add a pre-pay option!!!!!

Map/zone location
Could you please add the option to “find zones near me”? It only pops up the two most recent parking zones I’ve used. This is very unhelpful when I want to the convenience of the app in a but parking in a different location than my usual. Yes- I know there are signs with zone#, but I’ve also gotten a ticket for choosing the wrong zone# (off by 1 digit) due to user error. I just want it to be easy.

Bad app
This app is awful. I normally use ParkMobile in my neighborhood towns. Unfortunately north shore mass uses this app. It is so bad. It doesn’t remember your parking time enough to realize you haven’t used up the allotted max parking time in a zone. So it won’t let you re park in the same zone when you expire even though you have not parked the maximum time. ParkMobile remembers this. It’s much better. I got a parking ticket with passport because of this failure. I hate towns that use this app.
Works well
I realise that it is just a parking app and should be fairly hard to mess up, however have used others that don’t even do this simple task well. All the functions I’ve used seem to work smoothly and intuitively without an excessive amount of selections. The notifications and countdown timer are a good idea to. Simple but useful. Just what an app like this needs. I’m from uk and could download and use this in the US.

idk how a parking app has 90k reviews they all look sus and i got a scam call after putting my info in, stupid parking meters don’t accept quarters so people have to give you their data to park that’s weird af
Payment options
I wish they add Apple pay so I can use any card I want instead of putting my card info and might get stolen by cyber attack or bug on the App It would be safer then giving all my card info and faster to pay

All I need is to pay for parking. For unknown reason they start from asking me for my phone number. Next is some pin that doesn't work. Awful app. Will call the city to get it removed.

Missing Features Other Apps Have
Mostly works fine but why can I not pay for a zone ahead of time when the pay parking hasn’t started yet? Pay parking starts at 9am but you can’t pay at say 8:45am and just pay from 9am onwards… Super convenient when you have a 9am appointment and can’t be on your phone. Other parking apps have this feature. Park. Wait on your phone. Don’t be on your way.
Absolutely hate this app
It’s ridiculous that we’re forced to use it at all.
Functional but awful
This app (kind of) works as it should, but is mostly hot garbage. Parking lots show up in incorrect locations, if at all, so searching via the map is 50/50 at best.
Terrible customer service
The app suggested a zone number after I arrived. I clicked it and the app charged me for a parking lot in another state. Customer support gives me the wrong phone number to reverse the charge. Twice now. Terrible.

Filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Intentionally designed for you to enter in the spot number instead of the zone number so they can ticket profit with the town.
Dumb pin
The pin validation is ridiculous. It kept failing no matter how many different combinations I tried. Ended up paying on the web.
