Garbage
Hate that my city switched to this useless app. When you enter payment info it won’t let you submit it. It is literally useless.

App asks me to add more time where there are 30 minutes left. Funny.
Inconsistent service makes it a frustrating experience.
If you reserve ahead of time and the license plate readers at the Morristown Station are down (frequent occurrence which takes months for them to fix), you have to use the code from the app. If you have poor service (because it’s a garage and is expected), you’re stuck. If you load before entering with service, it takes over 5 tries to load it because of a reoccurring json error. If you want to pay by card at the gate instead, you have to hope the scanner is working or you can’t get in and hold up the line, making everyone miss their train. More frustratingly, they close entrances with no notice or sign. So everyone lines up at the gate just to see the small cone blocking the entrance and turnaround and go to the other, potentially missing the train. The service is great when it works, but unfortunately often doesn’t.

I can’t book at the train station because it’s so crowded and I can’t find anywhere to sit then I get on the train to book parking and I’m having a difficult time. I still say the app is not user friendly.

Great app if you want to find parking spots fast and convenient.
Time consuming
I use this app for one parking lot only and there’s no easy way start a new session. Takes a while each time.
Bad app
App is very difficult to use says $12.50 per day on the sign but it wouldn’t let me extend my time on three hours and now it wants me to pay again. Kept flipping back to other parking areas, not where I wanted to. When I tried to select the site. Did not save the site with any kind of number or identification when I went to look at my parking even though I’ve already paid for one there were none because the session had expired previous sessions or numbers to know where I parked or where my vehicle actually was in fact so thank goodness I took pictures and I no where where it is

Infuriating that it saves a “default payment method” but doesn’t allow you to use this payment method when booking a session and you have to manually enter your card details every time.
App Experience
Very easy to us add that is very intuitive to use. Given that I am using this in Canada recommend adding options for Canadian license plates.

Incomplete Login Feature
I used the website to make my first purchase on the go and used the login-with-google feature for convenience. To be ready for the next time I need to pay, I installed this app but it doesn’t have the login-with-google feature. I tried resetting password but it never sends an email. Oh, and I can’t set a password in the website either. Poor implementation!

Many Bugs
Payment usually doesn’t go through. Have to try different cards. Then confirmation had a bunch of “null” fields. Now I need to request a refund?
Good but payment doesn’t work
Does not allow for payment method to be entered which defeats the entire purpose of the app. Had to go into the website, save a credit card, and log back into the app.
Worst Parking App
This app is unbelievably frustrating to use for what should be such a simple task. I would absolutely not use this app if my city didn’t require me to do so to access a particular parking deck. Impossible to find, select and pay for what I need.
Worst app on my phone
No question that this is the worst most poorly designed app on my phone. Each time I have to use it, it takes me 20 to 30 minutes to complete a parking reservation. I can’t believe they haven’t improved it.

Just terrible and entirely non-functional.
Would not use unless forced to
This app is extremely unintuitive. It takes forever to enter information – a simple two dollar transaction takes 10 minutes of fiddling.
Not trusty
I went to chicago, city super expensive including parking, used this app and gave me really good prices, 16$ for a full day in downtown when is usually around 5$/h, when i tried to exit the parking lot i owed 50$, had to wait 30min and explain the workers that i paid in full using this app and they did not understand how i paid 16$.
