Min reload $20
Scummy app that only lets you reload a minimum of $20 and sets minimum parking times to 30 minutes and convenience fees. Crooks.

Even though I keep the keep me signed in checked, I still have to sign in every time I park my car, even it’s only 10 minutes apart going to another place

Incredibly inconvenient for transients, maybe it’s good if you’re living in Chicago and need to use it often.

erroneous zone rules
the fact that the meters aren't owned and controlled by the city has caused so much insane chaos when it comes to zone rules. even when the app says there is no payment required for certain zones at certain times, the meter enforcement are still trying to give tickets to cars without agreeing with what the app says. either the app or the meter enforcement need to update their understanding of the zones and times parking is enforced and relay that to the rest of us...
Looks so dated, no modern features
This app hasn’t been touched in ages. Screen scaling is from years ago, there are no live activities to see when your parking will expire on your Home Screen. And, you have to refill your account in $10 increments starting at $20 instead of paying directly for the parking spot itself ($2?). Could use some love, someone? Please? At least I can use it to park..! Hopeful for updates soon.

Impossible Reset Pin Loop
Can no longer park in my city ‘cause this amp requires my old credit card info to reset my pin, but it’s interface only accepts expiration dates in the future, making it impossible to enter old card information. Brilliant. Jagoffs. Should’ve never sold our streets.
Ridiculous Fee
It’s ludicrous to pay 0.35 cents extra every time you park. Just for something that saves a few seconds? No thanks. I’ll use the machine whenever possible.

Won’t accept my card
I’ve tried multiple times to add my card and it won’t go through or something. It says verifying then goes back to input my card. When I pay at the terminal on the steet it works perfectly fine.
Get rid of the extra fee
The app itself is nice but the $0.35 fee when not paying for 2 hours is ridiculous (or at least continue to waive it for adding to that same transaction). The boxes accept credit card and don’t charge extra fees so not sure why the app charges. Also the boxes usually don’t even work when trying to use change anyway. The preload is pretty dumb too since it should just let you use ApplePay or a credit card per transaction.

With all the parking situations in Chicago this is amazing. Quick, easy, and efficient.
Resetting the PIN process needs improvement
When trying to reset the Pin - the app uses the last four digits of the card that was used last time (which can be long gone / expired). Need to add an option to add a new card otherwise the app locks you out for a duration of time - during which you get a ticket! Ouch - can’t believe this passed QA!! Perhaps Conveniently!
Making Paying For Parking Easy
When you unfortunately have to pay for parking at least this app takes away some of the pain in how easy it is for them to take your money. Lol All kidding aside, this app is easy to use to get you on your way. Yes, there is the initial setup but after that easy as can be.

Slow and won’t remember PIN
Beginning a couple weeks ago, the app suddenly stopped remembering my PIN to keep me logged in, despite toggling the option to stay logged in. At the same time, authentication and loading began taking several seconds. Deleting and reinstalling the app didn’t help. This needs fixed.

App has many flaws. Doesn’t keep you logged in. You put your passcode in and repeatedly tells you it’s wrong, locks you out, and makes you create a new one. 0/10
Digital Parking
I really enjoy the convenience of parking with the App. It's easy to use and you never have to worry about getting a ticket. Ten minutes before the meter is expiring, you get an alert to extend your parking. Definitely a Great App.

I have paying for parking but it is one of the best options for me when in need of parking , if I need to extend my time, I can always go to this app and add more time thru my phone 💗!
