Worst company
I would not encourage anybody to support this company! I paid $30 for parking. That was for eight hours, however I found out that I did not need the eight hours and ended up leaving the parking garage within an hour. They would not refund any part of my money! That's robbery because the space that I gave up someone else will park in it and they'll make. Off of them! This is not right! They should charge me only for the time that I was there at most!

do NOT park with “premium parking”
I have to park at a “premium parking” space for work so I use this app many times a week. The premium parking app glitches constantly. This has led to me getting several parking tickets from “premium parking” even though I’ve entered my promo code exactly how I was suppose. When I reach out to “premium parking” customer service to appeal my tickets, they claim there’s nothing they can do and I have to $130 ticket. Also, they send the parking tickets via the mail so I received the tickets past the initial payment period causing them to charge me an additional late fee. This has happened to dozens of others at my work to point that my work has to involve their legal team to contest these tickets. “Premium parking” is clearly just wanting to make the most money however it can at the expense of its customers. If there is literally ANY OTHER parking option, I would park there and AVOID “PREMIUM PARKING” AT ALL COST.

Does not allow validation
The app does not allow validation from a local store, in any options can find. It seems to be built purely to accept money, not thinking through other facets of parking. The customer service chat also you out to a web chat which doesn’t work.

They tried so hard to be of no help. They sent me through their phone tree 4 times and just tried to push off my problem to someone from Killeen airport without telling me who or giving me contact information

There’s only an option to sign in - cannot create an account in the app. Tried to use the service at. Lot and after 10 minutes still would not connect to pay. Terrible service.

Easy to access from W Side Highway and if you’re doing anything around the Hudson Yards area it’s the best combo of location and value I’ve found
