New Orleans Trip
I have been to New Orleans on a regular bases. It was so easy to use. Downloaded this app and it was a lifesaver. Saved us so much money on Uber/Lyft fees. $3 a day, and my hubby only had to pay .30 a day. 65 and older. Will definitely will use it again when I return to New Orleans.

This app is HIGHLY INACCURATE. Which causes others and myself to be late to work. This has been happening for a month now. It’s very ridiculous. AGAIN VERY POOR QUALITY APP AND POOR QUALITY DRIVERS. NEVER ON SCHEDULE

Poor service
How come there is only 1 62-O on the line and I’ve been at this bus stop for an hr waiting and 2 have went off the line?regular 62 before switching over to the OWL)I’ve seen at least (3)61 pass in front this stop of basin and St Louis… this is ridiculous! Do better!

the times on here never match up to when the driver arrives or at the end of the line leaves.

You will need this app to get around. Busses have tap symbol but for some reason can only accept this or cash like it’s the 1800s.

Not accurate
We purchased our pass before arriving today. No time during the purchase we told the trolley was not running. Instead of using the trolley we had pay for from Amtrak to French Quarter we had to get an Uber. We almost missed our return train because the app was not providing accurate information about trolley times and status. We ended up having to get an Uber to make it on times. Will never use this app again.
tracker isn’t the best
I just wish the tracking on the busses wasn’t so wishy washy - it would be so much more helpful during timeframes in which the busses are operating on detours. What’s the point of a tracker working only when the busses are operating as normal and on time ?

Buses showing up earlier than the times and leaving early amd buses not showing up
I have been late for work multiple times due to buses leaving stops earlier than arrival times on app. Buses not showing up or passing me up… this is NOT OK. Im very disappointed
Nice app but won’t accept cell No.
Great app, but can’t get it to accept an international cell number when paying for tickets despite the app allowing the international country code. I have two numbers Swiss and Australian tried both them several times and could not get the app to accept them. Seems to be looking for a USA formatted number. Needs fixing please.
Marginally Functional
Does some things okay, but in general, quite poor. Unintuitive, bad navigation, missing direct access to what’s needed. Once you figure out the basics, then you can show a screen to board, but tracking streetcars is worthless.
Useful when you need it, but it doesn’t feel polished
I keep Le Pass on my phone because it’s pretty useful overall. Like, buying tickets right there without messing with cash is nice, and the trip planning plus live transit stuff all in one spot really helps out. It makes getting around less of a hassle in daily life. But honestly, the app feels kind of rough sometimes. Things arent always as straightforward as Id want, especially since youre often rushing when you use it for transit. I think that clarity matters a lot here. If the pass fails to activate or the app glitches right before I board, thats not just annoying, it’s a big issue. Youre already stressed about catching the bus or whatever. So yeah, its a solid idea with okay value, but the way its put together seems more like a basic local tool that works fine, not some sleek iPhone thing. I use it because its practical enough, even if I dont really enjoy the experience. It gets the job done, I guess.

Very good App with room for improvement
I used the App for my two weeks trip to New Orleans. The App is very good in general and is definitely already to recommend as it is now!!! It has very good usability, it works consistently, ticketing works fine as well. To improve, in my opinion, are a few things. First, once you found a route, you have to start it before you want to show your ticket otherwise you have to click back and the found route disappears. Second the given bus stops in a started route sometimes do not exist in reality. Third it should be possible to insert preferred stops in between like a „Route Via …“-Option. Also it would be very convenient for tourists if the App provided the opportunity to plan a Roundtrip.
Le Pass not accessible with E-Sim
Many overseas visitors use an E-Sim and do not have a mobile number. Le Pass requires mobile to confirm ticket purchases. Adding Email confirmation option would allow more people to use the App.
Doesn’t work with German Telephone numbers
Looks like a really good app but unfortunately I can’t use it with my German number…
Jazzy Pass & Amtrak Combo
Came to NOLA via the Amtrak Mardi Gras service from Gulfport. The Jazzy day pass is must! It made getting around the city and back to the train station so easy! For $3 you cannot beat that! Even in the pouring rain it was easy! We will do this every time!

Bus just never passed
So, waiting for the 8 bus to get to Bywater at the corner of Poydras and the 1:27 bus just never passed. Live update says it’s one stop away for the past half hour. Yesterday the bus driver never notified us that he would not to the entire route, good thing we asked to get off as he was turning to go back to his starting point. Good thing the drivers are nice.

Dommage que l’appli ne donne pas accès à plus d’indicatifs internationaux. Je n’ai malheureusement pas pu acheter mes tickets depuis l’appli car ma région en France n’existe pas dans le dérouleur des indicatifs. L’appli aurait vraiment pu être encore plus ergonomique si j’y avais eu accès. Une prochaine fois j’espère …
Used while on vacation
This was super convenient and easy to use for all of the public transportation methods. Streetcar, Ferry, and bus!!! Can’t wait to use it again when I come back!
Makes no sense
No times, hard to navigate
Wrong tickets purchased by mistake
If a person accidentally touches the wrong button they purchase a ticket for the Jefferson Bus instead of the RTA for the streetcar.
Single ticket purchase.
The app is easy to use which is why it got three Stars. The fact that when I have 5 family members to get tickets for I have to do 10 separate transactions to purchase all our tickets there and back.

Need a US phone number
Too bad you need a US phone number to purchase tickets (you never receive the signup code, which is needed to buy tickets). The app seems great otherwise!

Waiting for 48 at St. Peter, ePss says it is due now. It’s still going from Camp to wharf. No adherence to schedule. Why even bother?
Not good for tourists
How am I expected to pay for a ticket using the lepass app if I first need to verify my phone number. Coming from a foreign country on a quick stay in New Orleans, I can’t receive messages on my phone from my home number. And since the phone number verification is required, I can’t purchase a ticket. Technology too modern for it’s own good

Do not ride
The streetcars were never on time and there were always problems. You could never use the RTA to get anywhere on time. I don’t recommend it.
Not as good as old RTA app
Please bring back the streetcar/bus tracking feature! That was the main feature I used the app for other than purchasing fares.
