Great easy to use app
Our recent trip to Seattle saw us needing to use the bus network, this app was easy to use and worked great for our travel around the city
Confusing
As a tourist to Seattle it was confusing to know what I should be selecting. Ended up going with an Orca card
Purchase tickets
No tickets for lite rail or regular ferry . Why not ?
I can’t redeem the points
I downloaded this App to go to the Woodland park zoo. According to this zoo’s website, if I purchase dairy admission ticket, I’ll redeem 600points. I got 600 points, but I need to verify my account. To verify my account, I need to enter my telephone number. I tried it. But I can’t enter my number. Because the system only allows 10-digit numbers, so 11-digit Japanese phone numbers cannot be entered. I was so disappointed. Other than this issue, I think it’s a good app.
Great service
Great service for common people
Always an error!
Tried I don’t know how many times never worked!
redeem problem
I cannot verify a foreign mobile No. to get my redeem. regards Andi
Transit
Easy to use
Really ?
How can you not warn me the train is free before I buy tickets ???
Bought the ticket , but never had to show it to the guard
I bought the ticket, but no one scanned it, still better pay for it to prevent any trouble with authorities.
The app sucks.
I can’t sign in. I can’t try to set up a new account. It says my credentials are ready there and won’t let me sign in. The app crashes.
Error constantly
I can’t even sign up to this service. It displays technical error and it’s impossible to contact tech support. Ridiculous.
Doesn’t work 🤷
Same comment as the title
Won’t let me sign in or sign up
Keep getting the same error message that says I can’t sign in or sign up.
Useless
Keeps crashing when I put tomorrow date in.
Errors
Can’t even sign up. It just errors. I try to contact support but can’t submit because that errors too! Been like this for days
Doesn’t work for non-US residents
It won’t accept payment unless you have a U.S. address linked to your payment card. It won’t accept my UK card because the billing address is in the UK post code format, not a U.S. zip code.
